Healthy Breakfast ideas by Khaana Peena Spinich Feta Paratha

  • Ingredients:
    Spinich 1 cup
    Feta or any cheese of ur choice 2/3 cup
    Spices:
    Salt chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, black pepper 1/4 tsp
    Whole wheat flour 2 cups
    Plan flour 1 cup
    Salt 1 tsp
    Baking powder 1/4 tsp (optional )
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Certified butter 2 to 3 tbsp per serve
    Cooking directions:
    Knead a fine dought with flour Salt oil and water.
    Rest for 30 mints.
    For Filling in a bowl add Spinich feta and spices mix well and set aside.
    Finally make paratha with a small ball of dough with Spinich filling and cook on a flat Tawa along with some Certified butter.
    Cook from both sides until golden brown.
    Serve hot with youghurt and a hot cup of tea.
