I went to school for robotics and ended up as an electronic tech at a pork plant. Didnt mind the work, no problem working hard, but you just felt owned and your soul was being drained. This is what I wanted to do when I got out of college. Machining combined with robotics. I should have looked harder to find a better job, but didnt think I could leave. This has really inspired me. Looking forward to more automation videos. I work at a little shop and were attempting to automate our process much as possible... slow transition, but we'll get it :)
You got this Jesse keep at it
The academy is getting even cooler and cooler ,automation is key. BOOM!!
We used these at my old job everywhere glad to see many others finally getting into them. Everything was robotic where I worked before machining has come so far
I love how you bring this amazing technology into our homes so we can see what’s out there and learn. Keep up the good work.
I'm from Brazil, and you rock Titan !
I love seeing all the young folks getting onboard at Titans shop.....gives me hope for the future.
If anything robots kill mundane repetitive jobs that no one would stay at for more than a year
Increases efficiency and eliminates turnover, but still requires someone to monitor/maintain/manage the robots. So not all jobs are lost either way.
Lol go work in a union shop. They move slower than that robot in yellow mode lol
@@matthewcornelius5862 what are you trying to say? That I don't welcome robots? Because I most definitely do.
I edited the original comment so it's a little more clear
13Anomalous no not saying that at all. Im referring to the mundane portion of your comment.
Union manufacturing jobs tend to have mundane tasks that are so repetitive that you would think that the addition of a co-bot would be welcomed. “Machinists” who enjoy doing the same task for 30 years think robots are taking away “skilled” jobs.
@@matthewcornelius5862 ah ok I got you
Hold up, coat it in sugar call it what you want.. The implementation of Robots means "Less Jobs".
Very excited for upcoming content. Please keep posting!
Titan .... Give me a job, move me to Texas from Australia ... haha ... Seriously mate, Love the channel !!
Hello I'm from Iran and your disciple is unique
Your the best👍👋
This robot is blasted quick, but the safety features are incredible, love that thing.
With a side servo door, the robot can start moving through, while it’s only half opened. Good movie and very nice explanations. Congrats!
Booom from Brazil... Thanks for share one more machine and process....
thank you for everything you're doing! Wow!
Technology is advancing so fast its unbelievable. Festo have cobot aswell , its dope .
I'm learning so much its crazy 🤪.
Than you Titan !
I'm from south africa Titan you the shit bro! Keep it up
Hi guys, can you also advise on wood milling using a 6 axis robot, like FANUC or KUKA ? Thank you for the great channel!
I'm 23 and am standing in front of an Hermle C22 with Hermle Workpiecehandling "HACS"!
90 Vices :)
I love it!
can you handle second operations on the c22 without touch probing the piece? is the vice placed that accurate?
@@marcel5797 The plates lock on a taper, so it should be good.
Looking to make small sculptures with one of these robotic arm routers… any ideas on starter to intermediate machines? Thanks
boom masters cnc..wow!!
Do you love or hate the fanuc control? Does it really feel like old tech? Even the new ones?
Love the old Bridgeport in the background. That's where kids need to start. Walk before you run!!
So cool
Awesome
You are awesome Titan. Your selflessness and contribution to society is award winning.
What vise are you using?? How does the robot get the clamping properly??
Schunk
Any chance of teaching heidenhain?
One of the bolst on the robot arm column base doesn't seem all the way in, though I don't think it matter much.
I love 6 axis robots. I built machine tool Cells that built cars in Detroit!!!
You should think about designing a DIY robotic arm there are many videos on UA-cam showing people 3D printing and even Machining 6-axis robot arms it'd be cool if your Academy had an advanced level that would allow open sourcd to design build a machine and understand Robotics and machining
Check out this AR3 robotic arm it's all open source people can 3D printed and even machine it you should do something like this would be very cool and your Academy

Да, только так!
Titan is luring us in with robot arms and then telling us why we shouldn't export our means of production offshore.
Not complaining
I'm looking at the Bridgeport over Titan's shoulder lol Sooooo ADD
Yup when he said manual machining is dead
@@ismaelbarba2593 Maybe he has demo in mind, Grandpa VS Robodrill + robot. 1950s vs 2020s.
Still a lot of "Handwork" for Smartphone manufacture.
There a very few few ultra precise hybrid machines (cnc + manual) for more hands on prototyping - and the ones that do exist that are any good are super expensive (new). Some things are much faster on a manual for one off set ups that need a bit of 'Feel" .
whats the price range of the set up? anyone?
What is with the manual mill in the background.
Richard Hall that’s for when the computers and sensors fail and you actually need to get some shit done
@@joethurman2712 Im not shor that a manual mill wich doesn't look like it's even got a DRO fits with titans rapid machining technet for perfection part 🙂🙂. But you are completely right thay are great for simple one of parts when it's not worth the CAM and setup time.
Please sir, i love those t-shirts. Can you send one? i live in italy
Sir I don't understand the automation behind the work holding device. This setup is for fixed shape work. Please explain how work holding is working.
Automated work holding means that the vise is opened and closed by code, no humans needed, that's all.
This setup could be 100% fixed shape work and could also be used for small pallet style and batch work as well, it's all about how deep your needs and or your programming are.
Love From India...!!!
Love from India
Hi Mr Titan, tell me on this machine do you run milling (while) programs too, program starts like.
#1=1,
GO G90 G80 G54 G49 G40 G17,
So I guess no shop dogs or cats are allowed near the robot cell haha.
When are you going to take us into the classroom Titan?
Academy.TITANSofCNC.com
very beautiful machine! and nice boss ,if i can go to us,i will go to see you team,i hope it's not to long time!
I cannot believe that Haas makes a machine that is actually faster than this robodrill.
For side servo door, please watch from 1:30min in the next video: ua-cam.com/video/u7cBzMtEB1g/v-deo.html
Yehr crazi fast Robo drill, the day will come that you get chips in your tools every houer and stop going the 1.3sec chipt to chip... Turn on Throw Spindel coolant in Tool change and wait 1sec bevor ingagint the new tool cors thats the only way to get rid of the chips in your spindel.... And then you call Fanuc that you get Chips in the Spindle and they just say "Yes we know that happens" :DDDDD
Я на таком же работаю только вместо робота я 😁
This is a new setup that I aspire too integrate into our shop to increase our capacity. It seems more realistic and more value than a machine that might cost 3 times as much but of course it depends on what you need.

You mentioned almost all continents except Africa bro
Sell it to me my friend
I am from Egypt and I want to reach you. You are awesome. I work as a designer and operator for a cnc router and I want to work with you. The company is there any help to reach you, my dear ones
robot is not going to hurt you because its bound by Asimov's laws
we teach you, thats what they say every time but still every vid is like this and has 0 information
Join the academy dude. It's all there, all free, super educational.

So, you are telling me that robots are good for developped countries... Then let me just remind you that robots are bad for developping countries .... Overall, robots are just trying to stop the equalisation that is happening in the world. You are thinking that this equalisation is bad for you. I am thinking that this equalisation is good for humanity. I guess we are both right about that matter....
Robots are good for any and all countries.
Humans are not that good with repetitive procedures, robots are.
Robots allow one person to operate multiple machines thus magnifying his / her productivity.
