For real tho, teach your sons how to fight and make this really clear: "if you have to defend yourself and fight, i will defend you from your teachers or anyone who tries to tell you "it's wrong to fight your bullies" BUT if you are the one bullying other kids, i will punish you like you have no idea" Kids need to be prepared and stand for themselves but know that there is consequences if they bully others with the skills they possess.
That happened to me my mom came to the school to talk to 1 teacher and 3 more came n talked to her about me even a substitute teacher said something not s good day
