To be honest, I didn't think I would ever subscribe to your channel. But I have been watching them for awhile now, and They have become one of my go to's. There is a great deal of sanity on your life, not all posters have that. Take comfort in your beliefs, you are not alone with them. Be well. Stay safe.

I get so excited when I get a new video. I miss the farm. I was raised on a farm in Byesville Ohio and I have the best memories of my Grandparents. Our old barn collapsed one day, slow motion, each side fell into center one at a time. It was its 100th birthday and the only person who witnessed it was my niece. I would have loved to have seen that.
But anyway, I love your farm, your life. Thank you

You are lucky all you got was 4" from that storm. We got 12" of the soggy, horrifically, wet snow that caused down trees and power lines everywhere. 90 thousand people without power. My family was in the last 90 homes without power bracket. We just got power back yesterday at 3pm.

Silk purse out of a sow's ear... Haven't heard that one in a long time. The farmer I worked for back in the 80's in Illinois was fond of saying that. I still use it from time to time, it's what I call a farmerism. I might have told you already, but he always said that you could tell a deere by it's sound, too... he would say they're saying, "put me in the shed... put me in the shed... put me in the shed."
It still looks like the new spreader doesn't fling it as far to the sides as the old one.
Here in the Arkansas Ozarks, our soil is muck for 3 days after a rain and kinda soft for 2 more but cement after a week. Lately it's been raining here every 2-3 days, so I used the tractor to fix the potholes in the driveway, after I finished installing new hydraulic cylinders, a battery and a fuel line. It still needs a new ignition...

@@jacobforrester9827 indeed they do. I pet all the bulls on the farm. They are calmer than the cows. I've been chased out of a pen quite a few times by a cow with a newborn, but that's genetics. It's always the same few cows, and a few days later you can walk up to them and pet them once their hormones calm down.

Strange memory burst into my brain-knob when I saw you about to drive through the gate to do your spreading. As a kid on the ranch, whenever my grandpa would take me for a ride on one of the tractors or his old Ford pickup and we would 'two-track' it through the pastures with the worn pathway before me, I felt sort of magical and that the tracks would take me to fantastic places. That same feeling just came over me---and I am 78! Holy cow! Don't let it be said that your episodes don't reach beyond the screen! Thanks for that refresher memory. . . .

We like watching your show. Pete, you do good restoration on your old school tractors like your new muscle tractor 756. You're are humble, not greedy and you are honest with your customers. My father and I enjoy watching your videos every night. You show the life of a small farmer that other channels can't seem to portray. Thousands of acres and new, flashy equipment can't show what you can do with a small farm, hard work, and perseverance . That makes your show the best in our eyes. Thanks for your videos! We are looking forward to see more of them!

Once we got a radio on our JD 70, that was the turning point. You'd have to pry me off that tractor. We soon had em on all most used tractors.
