While this is a possible cause for those symptoms, many people tend to overlook the glutes. If stretching your hamstrings hasn’t worked for you, try this stretch instead!

    '... your hamstring don't even attach to your back' ... This seems to be an inaccurate overstatement. The attachment between hamstrings and the back is recognised by Stuart McGill in his book 'Back Mechanic' (2017) p. 15.
