- A Russian rocket has hit an apartment building in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, killing at least four people, Ukraine's interior minister says.
Ihor Klymenko added another 32 people were injured in what the mayor of Lviv said was "one of the biggest attacks" on the city's civilian infrastructure.
President Volodymyr Zelensky vowed a "tangible" response to the overnight assault by "Russian terrorists”.
Russia's military has not commented on the reported attack.

I have never seen the media celebrating dead Russian soldiers. Maybe the Ukrainian soldiers celebrate this but I do not hear commentary but any journalist or news reader celebrating the death of Russian soldiers. I don’t think that anyone thinks the death of anyone - Ukrainian or Russian is anything to cheer about, that is why this war is so god dam sad. 18 year old Russian and Ukrainian men are dying, as a mother of sons only a little older than this, I feel sick to think this war is destroying so many lives on both sides. If it was Ukraine that was the invader of Russia and causing so much devastation to the Russian people then I think that people would also want to see a good outcome for the Russians, however it’s not that way around. No country has the right to invade anyone’s land and bomb the shit out of it.

International law states that just because off duty military frequent a civilian establishment, it does not legitimize attacks. Russia has a track record going back to Chechnya of deliberately targetting civilians so don't try and whitewash this.
