- Rode aboard the "Victory Rover," a 95-ft tour boat that took us 10-miles up the Elizabeth River from the Nauticus Center in downtown Norfolk. It was a relaxing, enjoyable 2-hour tour of one of America's largest east coast Navy bases as seen from the Elizabeth River. Well worth it!! (FTHVN 765)

I was on The USS Briscoe and the USS Barry in Norfork. I remember seen the tourist boats going when I would be on the fantail smoking. There was one that came by everyday at 5pm.

Fly"n Brian. You need to choose your words more carefully. It is NOT America's Top Secret Naval Base. If it was, there would be no tourist boat touring around the base.
Top Secret? it's the most well known naval base there is with tens of thousands of people working on it. Now if you were referring to the two SSBN bases in Kings Bay, GA and the Bangor WA, that may be slightly more appropriate.
I do not watch false clickbait. Boo to you, even if they video would happen to be good.
