Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Milk - 1/2 cup
For Cream :
Cream - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 - 3 tbsp

Wow....made ur red velvet pastry today.came out very well.Just one doubt i had.I melted white chocolate & mixed red gel colour to make hearts but they were nice but colour was not very bright red although i used super red by chefmaster.
