In my family we have had " linner" for years! Breakfast at 10am Linner at 4pm And thats it ( hopefully)all our meals for the day.

My book arrived this afternoon. I’ve literally only had a quick look at some of the recipes BUT have found errors. Courgette and Lime cupcakes do not have the oil listed in the ingredients. On a few other recipes the oil is not mentioned in the ingredients list either. Whilst it may not matter when the oil is being used for sautéing, it does matter on the cupcakes recipe. Other than that I would like to say what a beautiful book it is and quite hefty too 🙂

Pre-ordered😊 You May want to add USA Amazon link. I went directly, no problem. Not sure if you know they are different sites. Probably a way to change country, but not intuitive. I have ordered with the UK site for items not available in US, but paid exchange rate & extra shipping. (Tip for US HP fans: college textbooks are often cheaper this way. My daughter had a classmate that setup a side hustle at college doing this.😉)

@@thehappypear I just made this last night and added mushrooms. It was my first time making the cashew cream I usually do a ‘cheese’ sauce with veg, potato, seasonings and nooch. Anyway I have never made quesadillas either before and they were amazing 🤩 thank you 😊
