Rio Single Handed Spey Line For Bass....The Walk & Wade Line

- Rio's Single Handed Spey line is my favourite fly line when walk and wade fly fishing for bass. When I'm wade fishing small creeks like this one, I like to use a spey tapered fly line to help with reaching further when there is limited back cast room.

LOVED this one, Peachy! Cricket ball/ping pong ball analogy was a cracker! Love the focus pulls and stuff on the “big” camera too. A refreshing change from a GoPro view of the world. One of these days I’ll have to master the Spey thing. Maybe next lifetime. 😂

Great demonstration of the benefits of spey casting where your back cast is limited. I’ll have to give it a go. Nice bass too! Showed the effectiveness of letting your fly just sit there in the strike zone 👍

I’ve been a bit lazy lately and have gone back to the conventional tackle for the Bass. It’s helped me learn more about our local fish and get some numbers up, but in the back of my mind I’m feeling like it’s time to go back to fur and feathers. Thanks for the inspiration
