Women MAKE Mentorship Program Training

The Manufacturing Institute is pleased to host a virtual mentor and mentee training, which provides an overview of how to have a successful mentoring experience. Attendees will participate in an exercise to help create their own personal board of directors, as well as review the Women MAKE Mentor & Mentee Guides to learn best practices on how to maximize this experience.
The Manufacturing Institute is the education and workforce development affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers. The Women MAKE Mentorship Program acts on decades of research and more than a decade of impact to help close the gender gap in manufacturing.
