Now this new Version + Hearthsteel is op. His W gets to insane High Damage opretty easy.
I understand it might be a weaker early, but it scales unfairly.
Yes it really is crazy how fast it can stack up now with conq, shodjin + hearsteel and overlords bloodmail.
Im gonna do an in depth analyse with the item and how it does vs full cc teams etc. Builf varieties etc.

Just had a game with 6k true dmg punch like omg. I oneshotted a Zyra with the physical dmg part.

I love Sett, but the Season just made me tired...everything was agains Sett. Iteams were ok but with Steelplate, Bramble Rush and other champs just outclass Sett with the same iteams...I dunno. Lethality Sett was the thing for me in that time.
The changes are interesting and we have finally variation and good iteams back. Overlord, Titanic and Steraks looks really good for Cor Builds and we can still build other shit for situation. Finally we can breathe.
Yeah I can compmetly understand you, I almost threw sett out of the window with that new season, he felt super weak compared to older season's.
But I personally think that this is a good step in a possible future for sett.
Nonetheless we will see how this item will age, like fine wine or like spoiled milk. We will see.. don't let your head hang. Im cooking on future projects for the perfect itemization on sett for every possible team.

if you peak d4 from onetricking and then drop back to e4, you arent diamond level, your champ is overtuned and fell out of favor. It means u are emerald level on ur otp, probably like gold on a champ u need hands for

I belive true damage cant be amplified positively or negatively so shojin shouldnt affect W (centre w)
It does, I tested it. It doesn't show it will count on the final blow of the W. It's bugged on sett.
I tested it solo and with geishu a well known sett main.
Good video but the sound is sometimes a bit too loud in my personal opinion.
