27:37 must be Sett's animation walk. No matter how fast the boots, the way he's running will always give me the impression he's slow.
actually, the bigger you are the slower it looks like you're walking, to compensate for the animation
and the curse of ionian boots, and any champ you build those on. Those things make you feel like a tortoise

OMG YES!!! I hope u built warmogs!! The new movement speed on the item is nice. I see even kayle rank 1 euw build it top on Kayle on-hit. Previous tech was jaksho and terminus but now they switched to phantom dancer, swifties and warmogs for MS. Kraken movement speed is super nice as well because kayle builds that 1st item for ad build. And execution damage on the passive is gonna work sick on the E execute. Good day for kayle (on next patch).
Why Titanic instead of Sundered? Sundered could have given you the sustain you needed. Then Sterak's, then Hullbreaker.
And Haste to use the W more often, also don't go Steraks and Hullbreaker, Hullbreaker gives you resistances, and Steraks is possibly a last item pick, between it cleaver and titanic Hydra,
The actual build should be Heartsteel, Bloodmail, Sundered Sky, Shojin, and Cleaver. Could sub the Cdr boots for something else aswell.

Titanic still gives a lot more damage because of the shockwave and hit damage stacks with health (besides, gives 550HP). But I agree that Sundered goes very well on Sett, but goes even harder in champs that give huge bonks (Nasus Q, Darius W, Volibear W, Illaoi W...)
Zwag you should do Blue Sett, where you build only mana items lol
To answer the question around 32:31 Elixir of Wrath is better on Sett. When it comes to Haymaker, AD is more important than health if you have to choose. You’d need a lot of health to make up for a little of AD.
Once again, as a sett main, I respect the sett content

There's kind of a big lack of haste in this build, you need quite a bit for the W. Which is why you go Cleaver+Shojin over Steraks and Titanic.

Zwag you can guarantee your middle W to hit if u E them first this will put the enemy directly infront of you so you can hit W easier
A Deadman's to chase people down probably would have been better. Also the anti-CC boots. As for Steraks I would like to see instead that bruiser item that crits on first hit and gives percentage health instead. Probably would have survived more with it.
I think death dance would be great since they change to scaling up instead of ad

If you do this again, you should take Sterak's right after Bloodmail. Bloodmail doesn't add bonus ad, it adds to your base ad for some reason. Meaning sterak's gives massive amounts of ad.
