Did my interview today and hoping for the best
I applied for a claims adjuster trainee. Will someone give me some pointers on the video interview?
It's stressful any type of accident. I was in horrifying freak car accident and it was my only car. I have respect for these type of jobs and love investigating so might've found my calling by accident.
Just applied today! Hope I get a callback. I'm coming from insurance underwriting.
Ok now I'm ready 4 my interview. U got me excited girl.
I am really excited about the potential to interview for this position!
Waiting on a call back, fingers crossed!
How did it go?
I guess she never got the job

Well I did. I can briefly go over my experience.
Step 1. Of course updated my resume and applied. I applied for medical claims in Mt Laurel NJ.
Step 2. About a week or 2 later they sent me a test to take to see if I fit the company. You want to gear towards leadership and time management. I passed 👌🏾
Step 3. I got scheduled for the phone interview which were STAR type questions. Look up videos and samples on how to answer these. Tip: make sure to remember the name of who will call you and also a few facts about the company. It helps. Make sure to answer the questions without saying "um" or taking too much time. Be procise in your answers clear and thorough. They look for key words In your answers. That took about 35 min. Be ready 5 to 10 min before the call. They call EXACTLY WHEN THE TIME SAYS.
Step 4. I got the email that I would get a video interview and this is where it gets real. My interviewer asked the same type of questions from the phone Interview but he went in depth. He asked questions about your answers, he asked for details to understand your background and how you did your job. He asked questions to make sure you weren't BSing or lieing about your experience. This interview took roughly an hour. Tip: make sure you are personable. I think That customer service part and being able to communicate clearly is what he was looking for. If you can make them laugh or smile that's a plus.
Step 5. I got a call from the recruiter about a week 1/2 later. And I'm starting on 10/14 👌🏾.the process took about 1 month or so Good luck everyone.
yaboyshelz I took the test this morning. Not going to lie I fell asleep taking the test haha. I had plenty of time to finish. I finished the test and received a email Later on that day with the video interview. I’m super nervous and idk what to do.
@@nyo2828 the video interview or the phone? If youre getting the video interview, you're mouth piece gotta be on crispy lol practice star type interview questions before you do the interview. You'll be good!
This is pretty cool 😎 I have heard nothing but great things from so many colleagues of mine... I can’t wait to be apart of the team
Great video 👍🏽
God/Lord is AMAZING! Starting a new job next month (January)with Progressive. #excited
My husband has applied to Progressive several times, but has not been accepted for a position (he has not gotten an interview offer). He is more than qualified per job requirements. Any tips you can share for how he can improve his resume etc?

Go Laniece!
Video interview tomorrow!
DUDE HOW DID YOU PASSED THE ASSESSMENT? I KNOW ITS COMMON SENSE BUT I FAILED :(
@@bigdr04 So one thing you need to know is....companies like this want full time employees with expectations of no life balance like school, family exc. Another thing is the want fresh people with zero to little knowledge so it's easier to train.
I was contacted that I didn't make the cut. So I asked why and it summed up to ☝️ even though I explain I was over qualified and couldn't find out how I couldn't be a selection. Know your worth and dont be scared to try positions in the big leads.
@@kamnewt Sorry. Did you find something else better?
@@isabellayessi oh yes insurance agent. 🤗

Here's how to save money on your progressive ins, switch to another company!
