Heey! Try your wash n go and use a diffuser! It will lock in the products nicer and keep it shiny ✨ You probably already have a blow dryer so just buy the diffuser attachment.
I keep my hair this length because of how it looks with flexi rods. I think stretched out hair styles look better on me. But i did do a braid out and that came out cuteeeee
Hey, girl stop calling yourself fat, glad you are e exercising try to do it 3-5 days a week! Try to watch what you eat maybe get 100 calorie snacks! And if you really craving something eat it just get back on track the next day! Girl you are beautiful! This is what worked for me I am 60 pounds down with 30 to go! Now we can get healthy together😊
Wash and goes aren’t like any everyday thing it’s like an every other wash day thing cand I always put in twist first in large sections and let it out like 30 min to an hour later. So many things can “age you “ being on the heavier side can possibly do that , what you wear , etc. I thought you actually looked slightly younger with the curls. Maybe find like a little clip and clip the sides beck and throw on some cute earrings. For the flaking , you have to find the right product that doesn’t flake. Camille rose has really good products for that. Maybe just do one product like a moisturize mouse .

As I was watching I didn’t know how much you were going to share. As a therapist it is a cringe but I absolutely understand where you were coming from. I also agree with her about it being ok for you to feel ok on your dads bday. As the living it’s our responsibility to continue to live. Im glad you’re finding peace and healing 🤍🤍🤍🤍
