Sri Lankan Baila Non Stop

I'm from Mangalore, India. 35 years ago a Srilankan friend and colleague of mine gave me an audio tape with non-stop Srilankan Baila songs. It was so nice, I don't know how much I and my family loved it. A relative of mine borrowed the tape and did not return as the tape got damaged because of playing it repeatedly. Srilankan baila and Mangalorean/Goan sonds sound similar because of Portugese influence. Now I go to UA-cam and listen to Srilankan music. Love you Srilanka.

But violin was used heavily in early days specially before 40 then shifted to acoustic guitars in 50s and from 70s its lead electronic. Just wanted share this info and enjoy the music mate.
