I'm not the creator of trikz_megalongue, you must ask to the owner of Skyrun team to have it. About trikz_farz_b1 the map is far to be finished and i don't know if i gona finish it.
This video is confusing but it's SW. When I fly ml, i normaly use only W, but the complete gameplay (as you can see on my two others videos) use S and W. It's not really like bhop in my opinion.
