@@AddyandTerry I’m looking forward to my cruise next spring with Virgin Voyages. I decided to book a suite. I got the Sweet Aft Suite. Do you have any tip for me as a former rockstar? What time was the happy hour at Richard’s Rooftop? Thanks.
Oh you will LOVE IT 🥰 happy hour is generally from 4:30pm to 6pm but they change it depending on the ports. Your rockstar agent will let you know. Order multiple glasses, they do not care! I had three glasses at one point 🤣 let your agent do everything for you. reservations, excursions, you name it. it will get done and be in your app waiting for you!

all the food is good. and the excursions are getting better but really depends on what you like to do.
I feel like we are already convinced which way we will go but looking for extra reassurance to make me feel better about changing our reservations. 😩🤣Test Kitchen or Extra Virgin?
Extra Virgin if you want to eat everything (massive portions and really delicious!). If you want to be adventerous and try something new or out of your comfort zone (but still equally delicious!), then go to Test Kitchen. ☺️
I said I wanted to try Keto. Everything looked delicious.

I don’t know why we do 😂 lesson learned
The food looked beautiful for the most part , the two things that didn’t was the Steak , it had no color to it and the calamari looks like it was just thrown on a plate , there was no presentation at all
it could have been the video...the steak was perfect lol 😁 the calamari did need a bit more color but they tasted good 😂
Is ossbuco Oxtail? I guess I could google it…but I’m here so I’m asking you lol 😂
No 🤗🤗 is so buco is the shank (basically veal calves/ankles) that are braised/slow cooked till tender. Oxtails are the actual tail that has been braised 😊😊 both are super tender when cooked properly
This is Terry and Actually...It's called oxtail osso bucco, because pieces of oxtail replace the veal shank normally used in this tomatoey Italian-style dish flavoured with vegetables, wine, garlic and herbs. At Extra Virgin they serve the Oxtail version as we were told 😋
