写真の方々が今にも話し掛けてきそうです。
I was just reading "Japanese destroyer captain" and the captain was talking about this song as he left Rabaul for the last time. Thank you for translating the lyrics.
i just finished the book today and came looking for the sang aswell lol
Almost done with it. Knew I’d like it but wow it was a really good read.
I read the online pdf.. .like 10 pages...
People change. There are likely genuine good things and times to have occurred, it is my personal belief that there in fact was plenty of times of justice and genuine honor. Of course, wanton pride, arrogance, and greed leads to many downfalls and shortcomings, especially with desperation and a lack of honesty.
@@satorugojo6921 ありがとう。しかし私は今でも、帝国海軍及びラバウル航空隊は永遠に正義だと信じます。祖父が護ろうとしたこの日本がある限り。
Such a wonderful song, it’s very nostalgic.
I enjoy the rythmn of it too
そして、戦争の無い世界へ

I was looking so long for a translation of Rabauru Kouta! Thank you!
Oh I love this version! ❤❤❤💯🌋 from Papua new Guinea!

When I discovered this song it became one of my favorites! I am very glad to see you translated it. Thank you! I recall reading that the Rabaul version was popularized by Japanese troops leaving Rabaul after the war had ended. Maybe you could also translate the original "South Sea Route" version? I do not speak Japanese and Google Translate is not the best, haha. Here is a version I would recommend: ua-cam.com/video/OaOMMfVWD7Q/v-deo.html.
