Admittedly, I was quite hesitant to film this video as it can be sensitive discussing money matters. Ultimately though, I’ve decided that if this video inspires even 1 person who’s watching, then it will have all been worth it. My hope is that you will feel empowered to make financial choices that make sense for you, and to use your unique gifts and talents to enhance your life and the lives of others around you. Hope you’ll enjoy. xx
I think these types of videos are not just helpful as inspiration, but almost more so as “reality checks” in that you’re explaining how you got to where you are and viewers can use that to more realistically assess if they’re in a comparable position to make the same purchasing decisions.
thank you for sharing this - you are one of my fav UA-camrs and inspired me to start my channel! I’m recently graduated from college with a degree in engineering and am a woman in STEM - I love seeing other women in the workforce who budget but also like nice things! I follow a similar model as you - with every paycheck I automatically put away money in savings, max out my 401K, invest in stocks, and only then will I take the smallest portion and put it in a small savings account for my own fun purchases! it’s a bit frustrating when I see friends around me who have all their luxe items purchased from them yet have no savings and don’t even know what a retirement account is. In the moment it feels a bit frustrating that I have to work for everything I have, but I know in the long run it’ll prepare me leaps and bounds😊
Aw lovely!! That’s the way to go! 👏 As for other people, don’t worry what they’re doing or how they’re getting luxe items. You keep focusing on the big picture! 😉
Thanks for making this video and being so transparent! This is really helpful!! Been watching your luxury videos since the pandemic and now you’re helping us get through the next challenging period of our lives with high inflation and interest rates! Thank you! ❤❤

Not being exaggerating here, but you are by far one of the most knowledgeable and sophisticated luxury brand youtubers(sorry for this weird term), who only only brings new goodies to unbox but what’s behind the unboxing! 🎉
Thank you for this video! It seems to be the norm sometimes to pretend one’s income simply materializes out of thin air lol… this content is especially timely! 💜
I’m so glad you enjoyed the video. I agree, let’s de-mystify money. I think the more we share, the more we can learn from one another and inspire each other.
Your channel was recommended in my algorithm yesterday and I've binged so many videos since then. Your love of luxury and fancy things, plus your servant heart are equally amazing. Happy to be here!
I love this share🤗! Your sources of income are realistic. Working a job a main job and then adding working with your side sources of income. Love this share!!!
Thank you for sharing your experience and approach to investments. After watching one of your previous videos, I actually transferred money into a high yield savings account. It was an online bank (not brick and mortar); like you mentioned, the interest rate was so much higher. I’m so happy I did that; I’m now receiving over 3% on my savings!
Thanks Hannah for being so transparent. Certainly is not easy to put yourself out in the social media to speak of this and even more so there are some out there with some evil intention. But this video really help me to see some light of any other income that i can achieve with this high inflation which will soon be recession. As much as we love nice things in life we definitely have to be even wiser to leverage on our skills and time to have more than one source of income which certainly is not sufficient and fragile nowadays.
You’re such a boss! I think it’s incredible what you do. And then being a mom as well, the biggest job of all and for free! You should be proud of all you do 😊
Thank you for sharing. You have reinforced what I have been doing for several years now and my sources of income too has been job, real estate and a portfolio of shares. I enjoy your way of delivering your message, it is personal, honest and straight to the point. Keep it up!
Great video and full of ideas for women to tap into to earn money. I have retired now but still have income streams such as property and investments but honestly now feel that I don’t have enough time ahead to spend my money 😅. I think finding the balance, which I believe you now have, is also important. Well done for giving us a great informative video into a very important subject and honestly, not what we usually find from UA-camrs. Thank you. Enjoy your weekend. 😊
I absolutely love this video! Thank you for sharing and opening my eyes to the income streams I do have, because before this, I would have said “my job” and that’s it. I actually have multiple and didn’t even realize it, BUT I need to focus on the 1 other big one that could sustain me in the event the #1 goes away. Thanks again!!! ❤❤

P.S. something to keep in mind now with inflation being so high… if you think there’s a chance you’ll want to repurchase the same item down the road, I’d say wait a month and see how you feel. Thank you for a wonderful post as always. I just would like to add that revenues or what goes in is just one side of creating wealth. Being wise to how we spend is the other side that is also within our control. Sometimes as we gain more income, there is also the lifestyle upgrade that creeps up that can result in actually lower savings. I work in investments and I see a lot of HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet) in the workplace who are so stressed out to maintain the lifestyle they have created. Maximizing our earnings is great as long as it does not lead to more stress or less time to what matters most in life.
Oh my goodness! You read my mind! I actually filmed a video touching on lifestyle creep. The video is about saving proportionally … it will be up soon. I hope you’ll enjoy it. Thank you for your comment!!
How do you invest in LVMH? I invest through Robinhood, and I can’t find a place to purchase their stock through there. My understanding is that they’re a foreign company. Can you shed some light on that? Thank you!
Robinhood is quite limiting as they don’t offer all stocks on their platform. I’d suggest you look into bigger platforms such as Ameritrade or E*Trade.
Well the 10th source is from selling items sitting around your home that are of no use to you anymore. How much you get paid will depend on the item. I’ve sold certain household items that have retained more than half its value (i.e., stroller, bike, etc) and in the case of designer items, I often get 100% of my money back or more due to price increases and demand. That’s IF you sell direct with the ways I mentioned in my video. If you sell through a 3rd party, they will take a heavy percentage so you’ll net out with a lot less. Hope this helps.
P.S. sometimes I will only get back a tiny fraction of what I originally paid… and that’s okay because it’s an item I’m not making use of anyway, so you get paid some $$ and you also free up space in your home. Win win! 👍
Admittedly, I was quite hesitant to film this video as it can be sensitive discussing money matters.
