here is a recipe about instant Unniyappam . no Baking Soda or Maida. Just try and enjoy the taste.!!
Ingredients for 25 to 30 nos
raw rice - 2 cups
jaggery - 250 gm
water to dissolve jaggery - 1 cup
small banana - 4 to 5 nos
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
cardamom powder - 1 tsp
black sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.
ghee - 2 tbsp.
coconut pcs - 1/4 cup
coconut oil
