Hopefully the gaming industry will be more of a game making culture in 15 years, where we combine the passion and creativity of recent history with the advanced technology at out disposal rather than one or the other as we have mostly seen.
I say it’ll be backwards, some games, now and back then, can be difficult to beat and even harder to master.
I would absolutely kill to see you do one of these videos using unique weapons like the lightning whip/beam whip, a scythe, or something similar.

It's so fun watching you try to fight for real. Way too many UA-camrs just swing wild, throw weapons that aren't designed to be thrown and have no idea what they're doing. You make this look so much more immersive than I originally imagined.

There's not enough hip movement, all the strength in this vid seems to come from his arms
+ spinning is not a good idea 💀

He does play it a lot and btw. he uses slow-motion and speeds it up post-process, which is why he can do these videos, otherwise it would be impossible with the way the AI acts, the speeds they attack at etc. etc. Great videos though still
This might be one of my favourites, think its the editing combined with the precision cuts :)
Im not sure how it looks in regards to space with your setup, but in terms of actual criticism, i recommend that you try leaning into your attacks more. It seems you stand in one place most of the time, I think it looks great already but you could get a lot more organic if there was more movement in person aswell. (Obviously, this is not an option if you are at risk of hitting a light bulb or other furniture by moving too much, but i do recommend giving it a shot. (it is definitely also more exhausting))

How do you get them to not run into you all the time, bug around and deal dmg from inside of you? In my Game my enemies tend to have really spastic movement.
I have that a lot as well, I just included the parts where it didn't happen. I also use a lot of slow motion and that smooths things out.
The two handed style using the wacazashi was actually a style in history. I forget who invented it.

The one thing still missing from Blade and Sorcery is the ability for all weapons to break. I'm no expert, but I think the Katana might've snapped with some parries you did. Similarly, in your full plate combat vid, a sword against armor could... Well, break, if it was of the cheaper variety
its probably because you play in slow mo but damn i wish my gameplay was that smooth

Do you have a low weight mod or low friction or something? As someone who's done... oh god, how long ago was the early 2000s... about 20 years for weapon martial arts, I just can't use two handed weapons in this game. Everything feels like it's got a cinder block tied to the tip and my arms are made out of pudding. I tried a katana mod pack once and every last one of them were so heavy and floppy it was just too unrealistic to cope with. Maybe this pack does them better? I'll have to give it a shot.
You can always use one of the many "fast weapon handling" mods, I use them sometimes as well
There's a setting for spring and dampening, and also a smooth/rigid option. If you want more responsive movements you can set both springs to 1.25 and dampening to 0.75, and set it to rigid (so you have more wrist control). You can change these to how you like. It helps a lot, especially since the AI doesn't seem to care about the weight of their own weapon

I did that in this video, I just used sounds from ghost of tsushima's e3 demo.

What are your graphic settings in blade and sorcery? It looks really good
I'm using a mix of high and medium graphics settings, I do a little bit of colour correction in editing which makes it seem a little better.
What sword and knife are you using i have the mod pack!

sorry to burst your bubble but all the spin attacks in this video are very unrealistic, since in a real battle you wouldn't be doing them because your back is exposed for a few seconds leaving the enemy with an easy attack that could incapacitate you or even kill you.
