Nicely planted👍
Thanks, Jose! I love just sitting and looking at them.
Hey Ron, That is a nice little tank
Thank you, Jose! They're two of my favorite tanks. The cube is about a year old and the WaterBox is a year and a half. They've grown in so nicely. And neither one has ever had any real problems.
Very Cool Ron 👍
Thank you, Iain! Cheers, my friend!
Neat little tank 👍👍👍
Thanks, Curtis. I appreciate it!

Thank you, Mark!
Tanks for sharing
My pleasure! Cheers!
Great video Ron I really enjoyed it
Thank you🙏❗️
Really pretty little tank there, Ron! Hope you get some more spawning from the cories and some from the neons 🤞. Penelope is very pretty and must be quite happy in there 🙂👍
Yeah, she is a sweetie. Those albino Corys spawned when it clouded over. We’re coming into summer monsoon season. Hopefully that’ll trigger another spawn or two. Thanks, Tara🙏❗️
Great video, Ron! I've been thinking of trying the liquid carbon. How are you finding it? That Hydrocotyle Tripartite, I've tried it a few times in my tanks but never had much luck, and it is a plant I really like. Your tanks are looking great, my friend!
Thank you, Keith, for the kind words! I've never used CO2, so I really have nothing to compare the liquid carbon with. I guess it's a bit like chicken soup: "It couldn't hurt." 🙂After I put it in a tank you can really see the pearling on the leaves. I use it because some of the first videos I saw when I wanted to get back into the hobby were @MDFishTanks. That's what Mark uses so that's what I bought on Amazon. From what I understand, club soda will work as well. I've pulled wads of the Hydrocotyle out of that 16 gallon tank. It's a bit sparse in ther right now, but it looks like it's making a comeback. I love the look and the growth habit of it as much as any other plant I have. It's definitely one of my favourites. Thanks, Mate!
@garageaquatics2023 I think I'll get my hands on some chicken soup and give it a whirl in my fishroom. I'd love to run Co2 in there, but the price of getting the regulators set up would be an arm and a leg. So I think the liquid carbon would be a happy medium. I liked your definition of the farm tanks. That's basically how I'm running my planted tanks at the moment to get as much plant growth as possible. I need to figure out the hydrocotyle. Maybe it just needs a little more light than I'm giving it. I should probably try it in a shallower setup.
@@aquaticfanaticsuk That might be - more light! @MDFishTanks uses a CO2 rig made by Colombo. (At least thaty what I think it's called.) They're available on Amazon.UK - not here in the States though. They seem pretty reasonably priced. They also seem really easy to use. It's a matter of adding a dry material and water and it makes the CO2. Might be worth checking out. Maybe find an MD video where he's showing the setup. I think we might have something similar here. I haven't really persued it any further. Maybe I'll take another look.
@@garageaquatics2023 I'll have to check MD out. I haven't for a while
@@aquaticfanaticsuk I like his stuff. He's pretty instructional.
