There are sandy beaches around Malta as well, not just rocky ones. But do not take it for advantage that all the beaches will have sand. Regardless, visiting Malta is an incredible experience and we highly recommend you visiting.
Just like in my home town, old ladies know's more about you than you do yourself hehe ;) nah but they see and hear everything, they got a cult whit other elderly womens they share everything haha
Wonderful! I am dual nationality my mother is Maltese and father English, they are currently in Malta. I live in the uk but this made me homesick. It’s the best place on earth to me.
As a Maltese citizen, I can say that's pretty much spot on. With regards to the traffic, if you are going to hire a car here, avoid the rush hour time at all costs unless you want to endure a miserable time stuck in traffic. Avoid driving between 8-10am, and 4-6pm on weekdays. Also, during the summer it is possible to find some main roads that have been closed due to the village feast e.g. 15th August in Mosta - the whole city square will be closed off to traffic, which can be very annoying and frustrating. As for the servers, it is pretty much hit and miss. It is, unfortunately, quote true that most restaurants, hotels, pubs etc here are quite understaffed, and while they are generally very nice and helpful, they just can't afford to give that much attention to everyone when they have to attend to so many tables, especially during peak season. So unless you are here specifically for the summer life, I'd recommend visiting during the spring or summer, when the weather is much more tolerable and there will be fewer tourists around.
Case in point about the traffic. I work in an office right next to the airport runway. Last night, a lorry (semi; tractor-trailer) managed to overturn in a corner, at 2:30 in the morning. I left for work five hours after that, and it took me 1.5 hours to get to the airport. Which is one reason why I prefer working from home, which works pretty well with a 2 Gbps broadband connection.
Absolutely love Malta, been there on a three week vacation in 2013 and enjoyed every single minute of it. Maybe a very tourist thing to do...but we (my husband and i) loved the HOP-ON HOP OFF buses. They have open rooftops and you see so much!
ive seen so many videos from Mark but about 2 years ago this was the first ever wolters world video ive ever seen and ive loved it ever since. HELLO FELLOW TRAVELLERS!!!😊
How wise of you to make videos on the less visited countries of Europe. I really appreciate it. Hopefully there's an iceland video in the near future. :)
what do you mean less visited? last year there were 2 million people visiting Malta and I am sure many others wanted to visit but flights were fully booked;
That was a great honest video. I love Malta its one of my favourite places. Food is ridiculously cheap and it's rich in history. I've been maybe six times and I still haven't seen it all
Thanks for the tip about booking the temple in advance. We are going in January. I was there last January too and could have done with longer. I only found out about the antiqueties when I visited the museum in Valetta. It was a great experience.
we agree Lara, we've just filmed a natural sight and sound walk through of Mdina (as well as Valletta and Marsaxlokk): It may be that you'd like to take a look? ua-cam.com/video/HWSrY2HfnnI/v-deo.html
My wife and I are going to travel the third time to Malta next year. Our hotel is located in Mellieha. There‘s a nice sandy beach in front of the hotel. We both love Malta.
I typed in "Rick Steves Malta" and found a two minute video with him filming himself in a church with no additional information about the place. Even the Europe guru had next to no content.
I just got back from Malta at the end of August. Spent a week in Gozo and without actually doing much I had one of the best times of my life just living the lifestyle, waking up at 6am and going to bed at Noon before waking up again. Didn't actually get around to going to the main island at all we were so happy staying on Gozo.
2:58 Those ricotta filled pastries they sell everywhere are delicious, went to Malta past year and I couldn't get enough of them. Cannoli are good too.

I used to live on Malta. Its an incredible place. A mixture of North Africa, Southern Italy, Uruguay if you're looking for it but in actuality it is its own special self. There are great beaches and it has its own language.
Malta is lovely for a long stay in the winter. You can fly there from UK with AirMalta for about £50 each way. Package trips there from UK are cheap, and there are long stay deals for all of Dec or all of Jan including flights and meals for about £500. You can buy a weekly/monthly unlimited bus travel pass for not much and explore all of Malta, but take an umbrella. I managed to get into the Hypergeum buying at ticket at the door as I was alone and there was a space on a tour. There are steep hills, bastions and ramparts, with views all around so take binoculars and comfy shoes. You can even take a flight from Luqa in Malta to Alexandria in Egypt and onward to Cairo or Luxor. Only one per week so book early.
Polly Zammit Nice to meet you. I'm really interested in living in Malta. I'm Peruvian. I'm 54 years old. Do you think it would be possible for me and my 5 pets (a dog and 4 cats which are considered as my 'children') to live in Malta? Taking into account that I'm retired but I have my own virtual business based on infoproducts, virtual lessons of English, etc. Hope you can answer me since you live in Malta, I would like to know your opinion. Oh! I forgot to say that as I am divorced it's only me and my 5 pets I have no children.
Have been around the block once or twice, but Malta was my favourite holiday ever . . . . was lucky enough to have a local companion to see places like Rabat and Mdina, Dingli and Buskett - an absolute joy, but a week wasn't really long enough . . . .plan to return in the late summer.

I loved visiting Malta, yes the rush hours were crazy but I picked up driving there fairly quick, fun as hell flying through some of the round-abouts which all the locals do
Sadly because of climate change, Malta's nice warm weather has turned into a blazing inferno. So to anyone visiting from the northern regions *_do not forget your sunblock_*
We are in Malta on our last day! It is absolutely amazing! We have been here two weeks and have had plenty to do! Some highlights are Mdina, Valetta, Golden bay and St Peters Pool!
Im in Malta right now. The beaches are amazing omgggg BLUE LAGOON !! Gozo !! Everything is perfect. I came in the winter season so its not crowded at all. Malta is not cheap I find it more expensive than the London lol. Btw Malta does have sandy beaches... also not a fan of the food at all. The cathedrals are beautiful and the temples are quite interesting to look at. So far my favourite places have been Blue lagoon (Comino), Gozo (go quad biking), Mdina. Also LOOOL THE WAY THIS GUY KEEPS ON FLIPPING HIS HAIR😂😂😂
Hi there Mark, we've been really enjoying watching this. We film 4k natural sight and sound walks in soulful cities, and have just filmed Valletta and other cities in Malta, so it's lovely to have had your helpful advice here to guide us before we went. Thank you for taking the time as always.
Great for a holiday but not to live there. Wages are terrible, housing is now the moat expensive in the world and a lack of certain jobs makes a lot of people want to leave. That being said its probably the best country to raise a family in due to adoption of several socialist policies such as child care allowance, great healthcare, free university and schools with an added stipend given out to students who are in college and university.
nick caruana Are you serious? Do you even know what it’s like to love in Malta? For me it’s paradise and yeah I gotta go to school and stuff but I enjoy learning, plus Malta’s education is very good and the schools teach very well.
Spent a wonderful month in Bigibba last sept and it's a fantastic place. This is our 3rd visit and we will be back again next year. Best hotel in bugibba is the Dolmen providing you pay for an upgraded room and the food is superb.
My Advice is do not drive in Malta. Get a Tallinja €12 euro plastic card you get 12 journeys and you can go all the way from the airport to your hotel/hostel for just over 1€ . Malta discourages you from driving due to congestion, encouraging buses instead. Don't line up to buy a ticket for Gozo ferry wait until the regular ferry is about to leave and jump straight on the ferry for €5 return ticket paying when you return. Catch a bus to Victoria with your Tallinja ticket go up the steep narrow hill at Victoria for real Italian Sicilian ice cream. Pinacolada is my favourite. Sit outside and eat your Pastizzi after buying your Fanta and Pastizzi from the booth not within the Restaurant, then 3 of you can eat for under €20, when you are ready to return to the Malta mainland don't catch the expensive open top bus catch the X2 and it will take you round the West side of Gozo, your own Island tour without a crowded bus. They take you through the American/Canadian Quarter on the X2.
Your joking a week ain’t enough for me my auntie is married to Maltese I love coming over and over wish to stay longer I’ve been for a week before I think it goes to quickly 🇬🇧
good job...but we drive on the proper side, agree about the service,we can do better, and tourism marketing outside the island needs improving..all in all very fair report...
When we went to Malta for the first time in the eighties we were told that in Malta you drive on the left side of the road, unless the shadow is on the right side of the road or on the side which has the less potholes :-)
I love your content!!! Going solo backpacking in Europe next year, I'm binging on your videos to get some tips!!! Thank you so much, I'll be posting my experience soon!
I like to watch your videos, they're very insightful and I find them very helpful when I travel. However, you seem to be misinformed.....I don't know who told you that they're only a few sandy beaches in Malta, as a Maltese myself I can tell you that there's actually quite a lot for the size of the country. St.Thomas Bay, Pretty Bay, St Peters Bay, Mistra Bay, Mellieħa bay, Għajn tuffieha bay, Golden Bay, Armier Bay, Little Armier bay, Paradise bay, Gnejna Bay, St George's Bay, and Buġibba Bay, are just a few of the numerous sandy beaches on the Islands. It is true that there are more rocky beaches than there are sandy ones, but it would be wrong to say that there's only 'a sand beach' (which to me implies just one).
Aj Turner Thank you for the sandy beaches heads up. All the locals were telling me to just focus on beach bars as there were mostly rocky beaches. Good to know!
woltersworld in the north there are some great beaches. South not so much. But Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Ghadira Bay and Ramla l-Hamra (in Gozo) are all great sandy beaches, however usually overpopulated with tourists.
Maybe it's because I'm Dutch (been living in Malta for the last 14 years though), where the beaches stretch for many kilometres, and are very wide, too, but Maltese sandy beaches are very small. There's really no comparison with traditional beach holidays destinations. Plenty to see here, but it's not really the country for a beach holiday.
I went to Malta a few weeks ago with my family and it was really fun plus I got to see my old friend but just one dislike: The TVs channels aren't very good no offence . Oh and jellyfish there a big no no. But it was probably the best holiday I've ever been on.😍👍
You come to our lovely island not to watch tv but to see the historical places. And no not the Maltese are noisy you find every nation.Who are busy bodies too.
About the Hypogeum. It's good that you have to book in advance as it is an old heritage site which tourists want to see a lot and we have to let a number of people at once as a safety measure so that's why you have to book in advance. I'm Maltese aswell
Malta is not cheap now.. its all similar prices like in North Europe.. 2017 prices so far are like an appartment is 700-1000 a month and up..most food is same as other EU countries.. Once capital of culture arrives in 2018 all prices will go up for sure! Love the warmth though! worth a visit as there are so many amazing things to see
I mostly agree with what you said there. allthoug the point about service not so much Granted in general not the best but we had much worse in other places. Another thing i found a big plus is that basicly everything of note is ¨around the corner¨ Just hop on a bus wich costst next to nothing and GO !! Loved teh place and the folkes even thinking of taking another trip. Then again from here i ris just a 4 HR direct flight.
Was there in April 2016. TOOK so many photos. Hundreds. LOVED it. Just hire drivers to take you places. Stayed at the Corinthia Palace in Attard, which was very comfortable and quite central. Tip: Get out early! The light, especially on the coastline is spectacular! Gozo was fabulous too!
We've just filmed a 4k natural sight and sound walk through of Valletta, no ads or dialogue, just to share it's beauty around. I hope it helps to brings back good memories for you.
I originally planned on spending a week in Sicily and a week in Malta. After watching videos and doing a little research, I think I'm going to stay in Malta instead. Hope early December is a good time to come visit!
I've been twice before, 1999 and 2002, great island, good weather (mostly), all the buses start and end there journey at Valletta, so you can catch a different bus each day and travel round the island, hopping off and on when it please you. There are or at least were, loads of 60's and 70's English cars over there and because of the mild climate, are usually rust free !! i love Malta, in fact I'm going there tomorrow for 5 days 8-)
+Aqwert76 honestly it was so amazing!!! of course the weather is so hot over there, which im not used to so i got a bit sunburnt but overall it was awesome experience!! :)
I am Maltese and I love my own country but the thing that I hate here is the transport... the buses aren't on time and plus the driving here is the worst.
thank you for giving us some local input. yeah, the driving was a bit... interesting :) but we had a really fun time there. thanks for having such a great place to visit!
Martha Sacco i totally agree. I was born and raised in Malta but left home at 16, traveled around the world multiple times and lived in 5 different countries. Now i live in Los Angeles for the past 30 years and i do agree with you Martha. Having seen and experienced countries and people from all walks of life i can honestly say, Malta is a jewel!!!!!!!!!
My wife is from Malta and been there several times. They are mad drivers 2 speeds stop or fast. You can get guide books for Malta, Gozo and Comino. Check out Captain Morgan excursions they have been going for years and do trips to the blue lagoon ( yes it is blue) and all day trips around the island. Popeye the movie with Robin Williams was made here and in Valletta some of Gladiator was filmed, and don't forget the island won the George Cross during ww2.
I am Maltese and I have to agree with him about the service. That is not to say that Maltese are rude, they aren't. we are the most friendly people on earth.
i have been living there for 9 months for me i had great experience with some maltese people but in general it's hard to meet friendly person in public places and sometimes they aggressive too no offense i love malta its great wonderful island
The Bad... 1. Malta is an island 50km by 20 max.. so you can't really have 10 flights a day to the place. 2. Driving: Well it's on the fringe of Europe so sadly they drive like most people in the Middle East/North Africa. 3. Service: It's all about the money and their pockets - but then which country isn't? 4. Lonely Planet: They must be the worst publishers and tour guides possible. Very superficial with no details at all, for anywhere in the world. They give a mention to places you should visit, with no other detail. Stay clear of them. Personally I go for Rough Guide editions. 5. Malta is cheap? LOL I found that even major cities in Europe are cheaper than here for stuff like eating out. Hotels, yeah, they are cheaper. Lunch specials for 5 Euros and a drink included? WOW tell me where!!! Will go there on my next visit. 6. You forgot to add the locals have ruined their own country with all the rubbish buildings they are going for, such as Sliema point opposite Valletta and that giant dildo they built in Paceville..and more coming up. But it's their own country and they have to live with it. The Good (far outweigh all of the above) - the people, really helpful and nice in general when not on ego trips behind their steering wheel ... the food.. rich in culture and so much packed in such a tiny little place.. the history is amazing.. churches..The sea is crystal clear if you're into diving or snorkeling, Gozo is gorgeous and yes, in winter the north part of the island and Gozo are really green. Best time to visit - October till June - Avoid July - September (too hot, millions of tourists that add to the density problem) Go and Enjoy - very unique place
DocKnight Philco 1. malta is 15 by 11 km, 2. i've been to tunisia (which is in north africa) and malta, so i'm qualified to say that driving in these countries is literally incomparable to driving in, for example, athens or rome. so it is not THAT bad. 5. malta IS cheap. i'm from serbia and not rich at all, so if i was able to afford a trip to malta and have a great time, anyone from west or north europe should be able to make a trip to malta. 6. de gustibus non est disputandum
Penis small all not doesn't have to do with the truth of what I have said..take a look at the mirror first before you comment. If the truth offends you, then you need to face it and try to change for the better. What i have said is all true, but if you bother to read the full comment then you will maybe understand what i have fully said. Enjoy and hope you have a happy new year!
Hi, im Maltese and some of the bad things mentioned have been slightly fixed but when it comes to the transport take the bus and dont use the white taxis because they can easily scam you, use people like Johns which offer a mush better service. And some advice when eating or for doing activities always ask the locals for a better experience. But great vid!!
Drinking is how we forget our miserable existences in a country that has 2 hours of sunshine per year! I'm a Brit and see the sites, as well as sit in the pub! :-)
I am British and came to Malta, which was beautiful. However, at one point we drove through St Julians and just kept going, horrible Brits-on-tour place. Avoid!
Tickets for the Pawla hypogeum can be bought at Malta War Museum ticket office too! They sell twenty tickets (ten for the 12,00 visit and ten for th 4,00 pm visit of the following day ) each day. You have to queue early in the morning (7,00/7,30 am) if you want to get those God damned tickets!
There are sandy beaches around Malta as well, not just rocky ones. But do not take it for advantage that all the beaches will have sand. Regardless, visiting Malta is an incredible experience and we highly recommend you visiting.
Malta will be popular in summer cause of THE HEAT CAUSE IT WILL BE 36 SOMETIMES
You mentioned the lady in the window. Those are Malta's top super security cameras.
super Malta's top super security cameras we got plenty in fgura.

Wonderful! I am dual nationality my mother is Maltese and father English, they are currently in Malta. I live in the uk but this made me homesick. It’s the best place on earth to me.
My parents are the exact same
As a Maltese Canadian, who has only been to Malta once when young, this is really good advice for my upcoming trip!
Enjoy your trip 😎
That’s cool!
England has lots of flights per day if you chose that connection 💖Malta!
Yes, I found several flights from Sweden too.
Malta is the most beautiful place in Europe, people are very nice and friendly. I wish, I could move to Malta! Love Malta...
Navid Sadri don't forget about the food... sooooo good
woltersworld True!
Navid Sadri agreed... :)
+Navid Sadri You are always welcome to our country :)

So is early July a good time to visit? I am planning on 3 of July. Will I need a car to rent to visit the beaches and archeological sites?
Getting to Malta from the USA is easy, fly to London, there are 12 flights daily from London's airports (flight time 3 hours)
Hey, im maltese and proud to be so, thank you for making this video!!
my mum was born at malta and i have gone there every year since i was 3 and im 13 now, i love it. I really want to live out there when i grown up

Manifesting that soon I can visit both Malta and Iceland ✨🥺🤍
Been to Malta many times in both summer and winter and always enjoy my time there.
I’m from Kuwait & I’ll visit Malta soon because of the similarities between Arabic & Maltese languages
people are really lively and talkative too
I suggest you go to Gozo for sandy beaches and more green you only need to go to cirkewa and go by boat to gozo.
The lady in the window was practicing the favorite hobby of the Maltese: being nosy. I am Maltese and I hate this attitude of a lot of people here.
Probably getting pissed off with the loud yank echoing around the square.
LMAO!!!! fucking same in sweden
That was a great honest video. I love Malta its one of my favourite places. Food is ridiculously cheap and it's rich in history. I've been maybe six times and I still haven't seen it all

Malta is a beautiful place. Nice and peaceful people.

@@blackjacket_ not necessarily depends where you go. Plovdiv was fine. But yes it will be poorer in other parts
I loved Malta I honestly wouldn’t mind living there...!
Sadly because of climate change, Malta's nice warm weather has turned into a blazing inferno. So to anyone visiting from the northern regions *_do not forget your sunblock_*
I know this is quite an old video but we've found it useful. We're visiting Malta soon for the first time. Yippee!
We are in Malta on our last day! It is absolutely amazing! We have been here two weeks and have had plenty to do! Some highlights are Mdina, Valetta, Golden bay and St Peters Pool!
awww i love stumbling upon you each time i go to a new country !!! been watching your vids for ages now
Im in Malta right now.
/
ok
What month did you visit, and how was the weather?
I lived in Malta in for 11 years I am Maltese and all I know it has been like an 11 years of holiday
Spent a wonderful month in Bigibba last sept and it's a fantastic place. This is our 3rd visit and we will be back again next year. Best hotel in bugibba is the Dolmen providing you pay for an upgraded room and the food is superb.
Paul Meredith except for all the drilling and workmen. breakfast was excellent. won't stay there again.
Bugiba.
Thanks...i won't rent a car, but on malta only english? i thought italian was 2nd language
Do not do this. The bus system is shit here. And no Italian is not our second language.
Mark, a hearty congratulations on your retirement 🙏
Proud to be part Maltese ❤️
Hi Mark,
Malta is very easy to get from the UK, because it used to be British until 1964. So it’s very easy reach from London and Manchester.
Your joking a week ain’t enough for me my auntie is married to Maltese I love coming over and over wish to stay longer I’ve been for a week before I think it goes to quickly 🇬🇧
Thanks for your kind comments on Malta :) much appreciated.
why would anyone want to compare Malta to the US? I am going to Malta in the spring and can hardly wait!
cool its an awesome country !
+Lauren Norris Because they might be American and it's a useful comparison? Obviously...
malta is awesome I'm English and I've lived here for 18 months
It Definitly is a Beutiful Place! I ve been there alot of times
One similarity for sure are the portion sizes
I've been to many countries but Malta is my favorite.
good job...but we drive on the proper side, agree about the service,we can do better, and tourism marketing outside the island needs improving..all in all very fair report...
I enjoyed this video. Thank you for sharing it!
I went to Malta a few weeks ago with my family and it was really fun plus I got to see my old friend but just one dislike:
The TVs channels aren't very good no offence . Oh and jellyfish there a big no no. But it was probably the best holiday I've ever been on.😍👍
Yellow hat Rae ikr our tv channels are bad 😔
You come to our lovely island not to watch tv but to see the historical places. And no not the Maltese are noisy you find every nation.Who are busy bodies too.
I wish I was Maltese
You also forgot to mention it is very very safe. People leave their cars unlocked. And also pastizzis are soooooo good.
Dude have you heard of the internet??! ALL information you need to plan a vaca on Malta is available online! I did it last yaer
I believe there wasn't much information on the internet 5 years ago
Just walk!if you want to feel the place as much to see ...take it easy😉thank u for the nice comments about our diamond
Love Maltese! Great people! But just like anywhere else in Europe, the country is overrun by foreigners looking for employment there..
Love the warmth though! worth a visit as there are so many amazing things to see
Kiza Lang still far cheaper than England 🏴, England is very very expensive
you got it. yes prices up.
How long does it take to get to Gozo.Do you have to allow a day to see it all?
+rod clyde I'm from Malta I go to Gozo about 50-70 times a year it's about 15-30 minutes to get to Gozo from Malta
Well it takes 30 mins to go on ferry
We've just filmed a 4k natural sight and sound walk through of Valletta, no ads or dialogue, just to share it's beauty around. I hope it helps to brings back good memories for you.
I originally planned on spending a week in Sicily and a week in Malta. After watching videos and doing a little research, I think I'm going to stay in Malta instead. Hope early December is a good time to come visit!
let's see Malta along with your commentary. Not just you
I've been twice before, 1999 and 2002, great island, good weather (mostly), all the buses start and end there journey at Valletta, so you can catch a different bus each day and travel round the island, hopping off and on when it please you. There are or at least were, loads of 60's and 70's English cars over there and because of the mild climate, are usually rust free !! i love Malta, in fact I'm going there tomorrow for 5 days 8-)
im going visit malta next week😻so excited!!
+glitterbaby01 you will have a nice time. Have a great trip!
I live here and I know how this island is so awesome so have fun
+Aqwert76 honestly it was so amazing!!! of course the weather is so hot over there, which im not used to so i got a bit sunburnt but overall it was awesome experience!! :)
I'm English and I moved to malta 18 months ago, where did you stay when you came?
How expensive is Malta?
Golden bay, Mellieha bay, pretty bay, paradise bay, st Thomas bay, Gnejna beach... just a few of the sandy beaches of Malta
I am Maltese and I love my own country but the thing that I hate here is the transport... the buses aren't on time and plus the driving here is the worst.
thank you for giving us some local input. yeah, the driving was a bit... interesting :) but we had a really fun time there. thanks for having such a great place to visit!
Martha Sacco iwa it tranport tal qamel
listess
Martha Sacco i totally agree. I was born and raised in Malta but left home at 16, traveled around the world multiple times and lived in 5 different countries. Now i live in Los Angeles for the past 30 years and i do agree with you Martha. Having seen and experienced countries and people from all walks of life i can honestly say, Malta is a jewel!!!!!!!!!
Great video, the 6th thing I would add is that it is safe.
we do have sandy beaches!!!!
Proud to be Maltese!!
***** it was a great visit
woltersworld Glad you enjoyed, where have you been except Mdina?
Are you related to the famous Dr. De Bono of lateral thinking ?
Rick Jones Maybe ;)
Yes you can. The most friedlyst people of the world.
I love Malta !!! Thankyou for sharing this sweet video !!!😃
I am Maltese and I have to agree with him about the service. That is not to say that Maltese are rude, they aren't. we are the most friendly people on earth.
renee bowman friendly are you kidding !?
Sami Talhi For most part, Maltese are friendly and kind people especially to strangers.
i have been living there for 9 months for me i had great experience with some maltese people but in general it's hard to meet friendly person in public places and sometimes they aggressive too
no offense i love malta its great wonderful
island
+Sami Talhi Sami, I find that all over Europe. I guess one find good and bad people, right?
you are so roux and I do not like you
Just saying if you are gonna come to malta try pastizzi they are the best!
love you wolter!, looks like a great place for a first time Europe trip for me~!
I live here you can go to ggantija and try our traditional food,😂
I was in Malta for 10 days a in March and loved it , i reccomend Sea view cafe for foood and drink its the best
The Bad...
Best time to visit - October till June - Avoid July - September (too hot, millions of tourists that add to the density problem)
Go and Enjoy - very unique place
Lol 50 by 20, what are you talking about
And do not forget Napoli very special driving style ! However, just stay calm.
DocKnight Philco l
Hi, im Maltese and some of the bad things mentioned have been slightly fixed but when it comes to the transport take the bus and dont use the white taxis because they can easily scam you, use people like Johns which offer a mush better service. And some advice when eating or for doing activities always ask the locals for a better experience. But great vid!!
Thanks for your video! I appreciate it! The Brits really need to see it, cos all they seem to do is come here and drink in pubs. LOL. Grazzi.
Drinking is how we forget our miserable existences in a country that has 2 hours of sunshine per year! I'm a Brit and see the sites, as well as sit in the pub! :-)
The weather is not that bad... It's not exactly Siberia, is it? Drinking is mostly cultural.
Really? I've lived in Malta for 7 months now and have realised that the Maltese spend a lot of time drinking too...so
I am British and came to Malta, which was beautiful. However, at one point we drove through St Julians and just kept going, horrible Brits-on-tour place. Avoid!
The Euro Cooking Canuk Britain is better than Malta and the pubs there are probably shit
Temples are 8000 years old - the oldest structures in Europe. The pyramids are 'only' 4500 years old.
fake
It kinda hard to wrap my mind around that, 8000 years old jezz
haha no
Very nice film im leaving in 16 days for Malta. For some diving en for some history.
I would never leave my country
Great! Thanks for the info. I will be visiting there next month. 🙂
Did you enjoy it? 😉 -Maltese person
@@jamieborg4547 Oh yes, it was nice. Will make upload some video from the trip to my channel soon. 😃
