I've been to this place in the fall when I visited Vancouver this year. Mine cost over $40 as well. I went in the evening and the lineup was long. We waited close to an hour before we were seated. Best to come early to avoid a long wait.

Bigway is literally the worst hot pot I've EVER had🤣 food is not fresh, soup has no flavor. Half of the selection r artificial meat balls. It is way too pricey as well. Typical place to fool people who never had malatang before... I would 100% rec zhangliang not far from this store
