Jak II Soundtrack - Haven City (Beta Version)

An earlier version of the Haven City theme that was originally going to be added into the game. This can be found from the Jak II Demo Disc, in the Controls screen just before starting the demo levels.

This soundtrack is heard on Ratchet and Clank 2 Going Commando title screen (Ratchet plays Jak 2). I knew there had to be a different game track than what the final release was.

It's drastically different compared to final release Haven City,but I do kinda like it,it's more of a Jak 1 Precursor Robot battle theme

Sounds like the future levels in Crash 3 or the space factory levels in Crash 2

It would have been cool if they used this for specific locations in haven city, for example, the part of the City where you start after you break out of prison. When you enter the "more modern" sections of haven city, thats when the final haven city music should have played.

i downloaded the iso and tried with cheatengine to get back into the city from pumping station, i got into the door room, but the door just spins forever and never opens (into haven city), tried going behind the door but there is no load zone at all, currently download jak 3 demo, i saw in the e3 demo that spargus had different music

Honestly this theme is awful, it doesnt have any memorable leitmotif and is very obnoxious, maybe used for underport or gun course
