SUZUKI QUADRACER Issues Found & Rebuild the Steering Stem

We'll inspect, diagnose & rebuild the steering stem on the Suzuki LT250R Quadracer. Definently excessive play issues are found during inspection. When I remove and breakdown the stem it's noticed some parts are actually missing. The tie rod mount plate on the stem has an issue to address. We'll rebuild the bushings and install the right way. All Balls Racing- Loweer Steering Stem Kit: 22-51804
Torque Specs from Clymer Manuals
Upper Mount Holder Bolts- 13-20 ft.-lb.
Lower Steering Shaft Nut- 27-44 ft.-lb.
Tie Rod Ends- 29-44 ft.-lb.
