I’m so glad that both couples came to their senses and agreed to pay the reasonable price for the house they loved. Only fools let a few thousand dollars or pounds come between them and their dream.

How can anyone expect to sell a home with a garden and fence in that horrid condition?
(35:05) You can see that the siding on the house is that nasty plastic stuff. In a fire, it would MELT. Every little thing about that house screams 'cheap!" to me. YES, it's brand NEW and brand-spanking CLEAN. But it will NOT wear well. I feel sorry for this young couple. Because it WILL begin to wear and fall apart. Those older properties may look tired, but they are probably much better built and far more valuable after renovation. THESE houses are built to lure people in... and this couple fell for it because they haven't the nose for real sniffing beyond the surface value. But THAT's the world we now live in.
Anyone whose god is not Mammon (or who doesn't worship any god at all) should ignore the rubbish posted by samratsai et al. Watching Location x 3 is an enjoyable and relaxing treat for me, but all too often I find these ridiculous ads posing as regular comments.

Great results for both sets of house hunters. The difference in the curb appeal of the houses at 440,000 and 500,000 was amazing.

Justin is making a big mistake
Phil said he was confident he could secure the first house he showed Cara and Ben for under their budget-but he didn’t, in the end they were pushed to their absolute limit-but seemed very happy. I must say I find all the decorating in these properties horrendous-especially the wallpaper!😮
The first house was priced at £509,000 and Phil got it for them for $500,000. I agree with you about some of the wallpapers we regularly see in this show!

Justine seems unsure about the marriage thing...I feel she is pulling the strings. Or is it wearing the pants..
They have been together for 5 yrs, and she wants marriage and family , nothing wrong with that. Her biological clock is ticking. Justin is being undecisive and that is not right after 5 yrs. After that many years, , you either move all in or move out, don't string people along. Unless, both parties are happy just dating.
