- Опубліковано 6 лис 2023
- In this video, I discuss the daily income range of hot dog vendors and share my personal experiences. I explain how I initially calculated my potential earnings and the reality I faced on my first day. I also highlight the different factors that contribute to a vendor's income, such as location, menu options, and working hours. Throughout the video, I emphasize the importance of setting realistic expectations and finding satisfaction in your own financial goals. No specific action is requested from the viewers, but the information provided will help them gain a better understanding of the hot dog vending business.

This is me explaining my brilliant ideas every time I do too much coke
Yessir I worked in a vegan food truck and we went to an event and made $16k in 5 hours. Totally possible
Bullshit. How much were the hotdogs (plates)?
At $10/ea. that’s 320 hotdogs (plates) per hour. I’d be surprised if a food truck could even take 60 payments an hour.
@@jason_paulinshe said vegan food truck not hot dog cart. Vegan stuff is more expensive. Probably $20 a meal each at least
@@CountryKyle007 Good point! How many registers does the average food truck have? How long do you think it takes one person to swipe their card and pay for their food?
At $20 that’s 2 1/2 card swipes every 60 seconds.
I’ve been to more than 100 live events and more than 100 food trucks on the street and not one of them has ever moved that fast.
You’re a mind reader!!! You’re answering every question that I’m searching for!!! Thank you!!!
Happy to help! Remember at learnhotdogs.com you can type in the search box... any key word and find info on about anything for FREE.
This man is legit. He's helped more people that he can account for. This is just the surface y'all. Keep going. I started a lemonade brand in May this year and just crossed the $30k line in GROSS SALES. There is a difference between total collected, gross sales, and net income. Your net income, what you get to pay YOUR bills with, will never be as much as your sales. This is very important to understand. And to speak with the difference in mind.
Wow. Forget being a speed reader, I am now a speed listener. By the time this video was over I felt like I had just bought and ate a $100 worth of hot dogs! Seriously though this guy is great.
LOL... sorry.
My adhd loved this video lol
Hell yea!!
There's a casino in Las Vegas that has a hot dog stand inside. Not sure how much money it makes, but it's super popular. $1.50 a hot dog. No drinks or snacks to go with them. Just hot dogs. They are ALWAYS busy. Open from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Gentlemen and ladies, this man is literally literally literally an entrepreneurial genius 💡👍.
WEllllllll Damn! Thank you!
And talks really really fast
Definitely needs to lay off the caffeine or whatever has him so tweaked out! Great info, but DANG man!!
This man is literally methin out foreal
Im just a veteran who got a hold of a license and a trailer. I’m not trying to take over the world. Just make a few extra bucks. We’re in snow season here. Thought maybe try a soft launch with cider and candy nuts. I’ll watch more videos. I’ve found other vendors either love you or will do anything they can to ruin you
Thank you for your service!
Guys, if hot dog carts were so successful there wouldn't be thousands of them for sale on Facebook market place and Craig's List. Plus, he would be out making his million dollars selling hotdogs instead of here on UA-cam trying to sell you something else. If you really want to do it to earn some money you can get a used cart REALLY cheap all day long off those two sources. Don't waste your money buying a new cart.
I wasted money buying a new cart. It was $8k delivered from him.
I have met quite a few hot dog vendors in my area, nobody here is making anywhere near what this charlatan pushes.
Ummmm... a day late and dollar short are we? ua-cam.com/video/OMtDeeOwtLo/v-deo.htmlsi=q6Q7JrKS-DdoLBkV&t=14
@@BensCarts Every scammer has to have an excuse why the scam didn't work for the last guy.
Sous chef currently here, wanna start my own food truck. Thanks for the info bud
You should definitely do it I have my own trailer I used to be a prep cook and I moved into private Chef work for a few years it's definitely on the better side of things
I realized a while ago you spoke fast but the words on the screen really drive the point home. lol
Great advice in this video!
Thanks! 😃
I'm hoping all this advice works in the UK I'm going keep taking you're advice
You can make a thousand dollars a day as a vendor. You have to know how to market and advertise yourself. Like at hot topic, you buy t-shirts and you get your 11 T-shirt at a discount
So true.
Gonna be getting ahold of you soon..Stand king baby
I always thought abt having a hot dog stand. Questions, where can u park?, do u need special permit for a fair? can u park in front of your house? can u park on the street? are there limited hours to park? ,, I guess where to park would be the big question.
I live in Temple Texas I'm working on getting a mobile Hotdog trailer here, but I'm having doubts.m, about will it work out for me?
Ive tried several different types of locations its not as easy as he makes it sounds
I was Googling the weenie wagon trailer, and some used ones that are a stand inside stand, I'm not cart people persay but do want one that uses cart space so I can sidewalk place it if allowed to.
Personally, I've been in pizza for 22 years and get overhead costs actually doing the job... I'm not a businessman.. my fear of jumping into something like this is the paper side.. paying myself, taxed, the whole BS part of owning a business..
Insurance cost,other government hoops,..
I mean, is it as easy as doing a 1099 every year, or should I just give it to an accountant and let them deal with it and they pay me my paycheck
LOL, I avg $20 an hour. I'm new and only been out a few times. I'm sure it will pick up.
Keep going... grab all the tips and advice and apply... watch how it keeps growing.
That's great
Thats better than alot of foodservice jobs brother! Keep grinding!
How can I request your help. I'm only making $300 in 12 hours selling not including shopping and prep and cleanups
Can you do just a cash only hotdog/food cart/trailer without registering with anyone/corps/state?
Video playback speed is at normal. Check.
Hot dogs are getting worse. 40 years ago, people used to build empires making their own hot dogs in NJ, (Hot Dog Johnny's, Buttsville, NJ), Stewarts Hot Dogs (NJ), Tony's Atomic Hot Dogs (Ledgewood NJ), etc. Never heard of Tony's Atomic Hot Dogs? Because it burned down, but it owned the mall property. There was no reason to rebuild. Also the reason there is a pink house, in a mall parking lot. BUT, Anthony, failed at several businesses before he was successful with the hot dog business. Him and his family, tried a fancy food place first, near a High School, turned out to be a flop, but Tony then sold hot dogs after other family's exited the business. Turns out, every high school kid had hot dog money. Then he bought a swamp, and drained it. Best thing he did. He had one company own/manage the land. One company rents. One company rents to the tenants. There are layers, and layers, and layers. Looks like none of them were making money (lol), so, if anyone sued, there was not much to get.
His math was bit off, but a Vendor at a good or great spot will make good money. Hard work, but if was smart, he would retire early after investing in that profit for long term.
Is Michael woods back vending again
No... he just helps people a whole lot.
Click the little gear on the bottom left of video and select change playback speed to .75
The hero we never thought we needed 🤣
I'm listening at 2x right now 😁
I wish I could slow down this video so I could bare to listin to it all
You can. 😊
Id be happy to work more for myself to make the same cash working for some one
Are you still selling carts & trailers?
Every day for 14 years.
That's great. Is it possible to come view whats available? I'm located in TN as well maybe 2 hrs away.@@BensCarts
I’ve been following you for years even started my own biz and and doing good. Great info but the new text and sped up format is not good man I’m sorry constructive criticism it’s distracting from the core message
I'm sorry. I've been asked over and over to add them... and you're not the first to complain. I'm working on it. Thanks for the comment.
Asked by whom? Cause to me it just seems beneath the Ben circa 2000s era idk 🤷♂️
Been following you for over a year now. I appreciate the information but I can't watch these new videos where your trying to talk as fast as the micro machines guy with the captions. Please slow down, take a breath. When we are watching your videos we are trying to learn. Your fast talking makes it very hard to take notes or let the material soak in. Outside of that I appreciate you and your commitment to helping us vendors.
I certainly understand. Please try the playback option and adjust the speed to your liking.
I had to stop watching your video and just listen. The information is fantastic, but the words flashing on the screen gave me a headache.
Sorry about that. I'm going to try a new method so it doesn't flash so much.
You listen to this dude talk for 8 minutes and you gotta go lay down, you’re exhausted
The ADHD Micro Machine Man. Hahaha
or you can just go to the bronx and be totally illegal
$600/day profit only possible at a concert/festival. 7-11 doesnt even make that much.
Don't tell the ones that are already making that. 🤣
Most pointless video ever!!
