John out here redefining my love for delay
Amazing! It's somehow both dreamy and gritty at the same time. Gives me big early 2000's vibes, which is always a good thing.
Lovely demo. Great sounding pedal. The sound at 12:20 reminds me of a demo tape I got at a pub gig in around 2000. Band disappeared but their sound lives on in my head!
One of my favorite pedals ever.
I took a nap to this. Thank you.
So this or the ADG-1?? Trying to decide if I really need tap tempo and all the rest for £300 more 🤔 they both sound amazing!
EAE awesome pedals
Love the way the Preamp can be dialed and the faster rate mod sounds in this demo are so good!
Hi, really like the sound you have with it.
I would like to ask you some things as it s a pricey pedal.
It seems that i can does a pretty decent chorus like sounds. Also i also like the sounds of pedal like swallow water and it seems that the sending can also does this kind of things.
At on time in the demo you use the square mod to have a kind of glitch sound but it s a repeated pattern and i would like to know if ot s possible to a more random pattern with more glitch. Thanks
The chaos side of modulation reminds me of falma by pladask
Really like it but not willing to pay the price asked for it!
Shame it sold out instantaneously, haha. Maybe in the next batch
This pedal is amazing, dont get me wrong, but…….$650?!?! No thank you. You can get a rubberneck used for $150 that does the same stuff (except a few modern upgrades, some settings, etc). Without the rubberneck, this pedal doesn’t exist imo.
Exactly bro… this is specifically about the modern upgrades. This is one of the most customizable and modular delay pedals ever made. That’s what you’re paying for.
was very interested until i saw 649....sheesh
ikr
@@SnaFOo75 hope that not price
@@DGB18 Oh... that's the price.
I have been really bothered by this lately.
I am a delay super fan.
Currently I have the TC Electronics Flashback 2x4, Line 6 Echo Park, and Boss DD-8 on my board. I also have/use a MXR Carbon Copy Deluxe, a Joyo Aquarius, a Rowin Digital Delay (some Uber cheap but weird thing), a Digitech Space Station, Ammoon PockLoop, and I’m waiting on a Line 6 DL4 V2. And I’m definitely forgetting at least one.
So, I’m not afraid of spending some money on pedals.
But, between the Red Panda Particle 2, Chase Bliss Mood, Microcosm, Meris LVX, Strymon El Capistan, Universal Audio Starlight, Vongon Polyphrase, Rainger Drone Rainger, Wampler Metaverse, Walrus Fable, Meris Polymoon, Strymon Dig, jupiterfx Fernwah, masf possessed, whatever the newer Eventide is called, Caroline kilobyte, free the tone stuff, source audio nemesis, maestro Lem, boss dm-101, Erica synths zen delay…
It’s ridiculous. The companies have priced musicians right out of musical gear, and seemingly cater only to Blues Lawyers, and bank executives.
I would kill for a Hologram Microcosm ($460), a Meris LVX ($600), Empress EchoSystem ($500), Eventide H90 ($900), or a Vongon Polyphase ($450).
But that’s friggin $3,000 worth of pedals.
I’ve always been odd. I was probably the worlds only 10 year old Syd Barrett devotee. I now play in a Psychedelic Noise/Space Rock band. I have 5 different delay presets available on my board at all times. The Flashback has 3 presets and is connected to an expression pedal. The Boss DD-8 is connected to a different expression pedal. The Line6 Echo Park just works on its own. Would like to have my Joyo Aquarius on the board because it has an amazing reverse delay ($80…great cheaper pedal).
I want a granular delay so bad it’s absurd, but I just can’t afford the good ones.
So working musicians like myself who play everyday, who are constantly refining their craft, who eat breath live and bleed music will have to wait for the current technology to be 10 years old before we can hopefully pick up a used pedal, all because the market revolves around dudes who can’t play Smoke on the Water, but love the way a ‘57 Burst looks hanging on their wall.
No idea what it should sound like, no idea how to play it, no idea what exactly makes it great, but more than happy to spend 15 years salary on it if it will make you think he/she is cool despite the fact that they help banks foreclose on elderly people’s homes for a living and have all the personality of hot dog bun.
This shit is out of control.
And then these companies try to act disgusted that so many people are cloning amps or pedals these days. Of course we do, you rip us off every step along the way…we can’t afford the real things anymore.
@@Tyrannosaurine curious does that unit have the ability to do multiple parameters with expression? Like level and repeats at once
