    Thanks a lot Raj for sharing insights on these amazing topics, those videos are not only helpful but transformational! I have just received a job offer and I am encouraged to negotiate salary. I have never done that before, I always accept what they offer and started on the lowest spine point lol. Thank you so much once again. Please keep the videos going : ) Frances

      @@UCLCareersTV Thanks a lot Raj. A follow up question if I may. When would be the best time to do the salary negotiation (sorry I have not done that yet lol, I was very encouraged after watching your video). The new employer has made an oral offer to me and read out the starting salary i.e. at the lowest end. On another note, I know that with my current role I am waiting for the outcome of re-grading from HR. If the regrade approves, it will be much more than the new role. Shall I wait for the formal offer letter and then discuss the salary, or shall I arrange to have a conversation with the hiring manager now? Though the outcome of my current job re-grading is still pending? Thanks again, Frances
