I love these cuts more than the entire 6 hour clips. As someone who has a life 6 hours watching just is too much time spent, but just recapping all the hands that are being played (or tight folds preflop) is very insightful.
Big fan of yours Mr. Negreanu. Youre one of the first faces I ever saw when I really got into poker and youre a great ambassador and teacher of the game. Going to my first event/tables since covid in the KC area, and youve taught me alot in your play. Much love to you, you and Phil Ivey are the 🐐goats
I no these are a year old but being a fan sense 2001 I would never of guessed that I can watch you make decisions and talk through them in a tournament so cool and I'm learning a bunch
Won an entry into the MSPT Main Event at the venetian next week with clubgg. Your videos introduced me to clubgg and helped me improve enough to win my way in. It'll be a bunch of regs in this tournament but idc. Wife and I are making a trip out of it! Thanks for the great content and for telling us about clubgg.
Thank you for all the inspiration you give me, Daniel. One day I will be better than you and I will tell the whole world that I have learned from you! Much respect from Eugen from Romania! Esti cel mai tare! (momentan)! :D
i just want to say, you are my most watched poker player, because you are funny, have good reads on the table and be always like mister nice guy...if a nice guy takes all your money XD
Brooo daniel you are the very first person i seen play poker u got me into it. I always like when u tilted phil helmuth you are a legend i subbed i pressed like i will see your content even if u record yourself making a sandwhich much love bro
Fantastic. So much to learn. I would actually enjoy seeing un-edited commentary. I would like to see your commentary on hands that you are not playing. It would keep more logical flow, and perhaps give you time to reflect on the other plays and players while you are waiting after you fold etc. Thank you.
Like Daniel and his videos what a life everyday. Playing tourneys at will pick and choose his schedule hanging with his dogs beautifull home and wife very comfortable good for you Daniel
God this guy is good. Kind of wish you gave a decent bet there on the last hand. Seemed like even if he had the flush, he might have guessed you had a better one if you are betting into him, and he still might have made the call with an okay pair like he had trying to catch a bluff… but then again you are a professional 😂 so I’ll take your line over mine everyday.
Daniel i have to disagree with the 2-6suited hand, what i'd have done is reraise the buttonraise and what a flop to continue with bluffing, also even when the flop comes higher we still can continue as the buttons range is so wide...i mean what you going to do with 6-2 anyway..so i.m.o. its reraise or fold. calling to play it as suited connectors like 87 98 65 76 or lower broadways or to hit something with "2-6s" is just to farfetched...
On 888 I can play brilliant make all best moves even get in top 10 or as good as first place out of any field. Then boom bad beat after bad beat makes me feel sick no matter how I play I play better grinding without premium cards. Because when I get aa or kk I get a gut feeling I'm going to lose and I generally do it's a tough old game poker but I love it
I was playing poker at a cash table. I had ace king. My opponent went all in (with jj) I did tank a bit but decided to call. Was this the right choice? I ultimately lost but that’s hindsight. No ace or king or draw hit the board so his jacks were good
I understand what you're saying about his hand vs your hands, and your hands having all the nutted hands and his range having none except sets. Based on his range, what were you hoping to get value from?
Could you do a video of you playing some free online poker like Wsop app? Im wondering how much different it is playing for real money vs fake. Is it a good way to practice? Seems like not but id love to see you play!
the hand where skyking check raised all in the river I think most likely hands are the a9 or kq, I think you check back in position too often giving people free cards, I cant afford to give free cards like that. But what I learn most from your game is kind of how your never really out of line, and calm play. I dont really think about ranges like that either
Still amazes me that this is the official WSOP online event, and there are literally poker apps with better looking animations than what they have here😂
14:45 it smells like a bluff unless he has KQ. Everything else he could have had would be a bluff with the all-in river bet, you could have easily have KQ there from his point of view. So the odds were in you favour to call- considering the many bluffs vs KQ
Thinking SkyKing has Jacks there a lot. He’s still got 20 BBs so could justify not getting it in pre-flop, especially given that you and paisenberg are super deep. If he shoves there he could easily find himself in a 3 way pot against AX and KQs in which case he’s worse than a coin flip. He certainly bets the turn sometimes with JJ and only 1 over on the board, but in that case he’s only getting called by better hands and strong combo draws. KQ diamonds is another strong possibility which he can definitely call the flip when paisenberg folds, and I guess KJ diamonds is an okay bluffing hand. What do y’all think?
28:05 why did you want to call if he bets on possible flush vs strt ? you must be tired even w range good river heart i woudve waited for someone else to jam and lose on a future hand for higher place in chips especially vs 3 times pot since even if he loses hes still up 12 bb but you still won against his off suit 9s wow thats why your spot om tops good job
Dude is this Amanda Leatherman in the background? I was just thinking by the voice cause recently I watched a couple of series of the big game. Then I googled and found out that they‘re married 😂 man they were flirting alot at the big game and I was like: I bet he screws her behind the scenes. Bit didn‘t think that it‘s actually true and now they even married 🤣. So cool Daniel
Hey Daniel on that hand you value bet on river w/ A7 and was checked raised all in, what were you hoping to get value from? You were chopping with all Aces w/ weaker kickers. Were you hoping to bet him off a chop as well as get value from weaker holdings? Learn a lot from these videos and would love a breakdown of that hand
i actually thought the EXACT same thing funny enough, i feel like that jam was just gonna make all better hands call and weaker hands fold. I would like to hear his thinking on that specifically, maybe it was for some GTO balancing with your ranges and bet sizing?
‘bout a decade+ ago, I hated this dood w/ his blonde dyed hair, and rambling self. with that damn beard & his down-to-earth teaching, he’s so fkn likeable. ❤ u dood.
Not at all. Learning the baseline for correct strategy via modern theory is your starting point, then you make adjustments from there to cater to the opponent. Make sense?
When he plays a huge pot and the chat is about what some random actor did some days ago, you'll find that the second part of your comment obviously answers your own question.
@@danielchoritz1903 If someone is watching his stream and there is no delay he can literally see his cards and act accordingly. If you think a pro player can win with open cards then poker is not for you

hey daniel just want to say you’re my favorite poker player and it’s a privilege to be able to watch your live mindset, helps me a ton.
Watching Daniel's poker lessons has been + EV for me, that's for sure.

Daniel, you’re one of my favorite pokers players to watch and learn from.Pls pls pls do a video on basic and advanced table position strategy.
you’re the reason i’ve gotten into poker and the reason my name will be recognized one day

Step 2) Have the best hand
Step 3) Winning
step 4-21 fold.
This is gr8 well done Dan!
I wanna know what skyking had
I think 10’s or J’s

Why would you try to bet for thin value on that A7 runout…idk just seems super ambitious
In that hand, blind v blind, what percentage of your range do you estimate you call with there?
Does your live stream have stream delay on?
I understand what you're saying about his hand vs your hands, and your hands having all the nutted hands and his range having none except sets. Based on his range, what were you hoping to get value from?
SkyKing having 9 Q could make sense defending the BB check raising to not scare you off the pot, possibly
Could you do a video of you playing some free online poker like Wsop app? Im wondering how much different it is playing for real money vs fake. Is it a good way to practice? Seems like not but id love to see you play!

I don't think DNegs was even seriously considering a KQ since BB flatted instead 3-betting. It's possible, but I don't think he had KQ either.
@@jdavidwebb I only 3-bet the button from SM or BB with Ahigh or suited cards(f.e. J10s)..I don't 3-bet with KQ off, but its possible
