Having to do this to fix complex fillets is insane and this is a fairly simple example. It is difficut to understand how Rhino has gained the traction it has for industrial design.

You should be able to read the commands I type in the command line. But basically it’s going around to create a full loop with FilletSrf then Join, DupBorder and use these borders to Trim the redundant parts of the surfaces.
