Thank you for making video.I know it was difficult and I know a lot of people appreciated it.
This video couldn’t have a came at a better time bro. My grandma took her altima to the the dealership and they told her 812 dollars
nice man, I hope it helped your problem
Lmao, these dealers are crazy
Thanks for sharing your mechanical knowledge now I'm going to Replace my car 02 sensor
good luck
Thanks
Thank you 😊
glad it was useful
Are they in the same place on a 3.5 Nissan altima 05?
HELLO, great video!
Nice dutiful helper.
What size socket did you use?
Thanks man.
No problem!
Can you please tell me how reliable is this car? I just helped my brother to get one it has 76k mileage on it. What would you recommend to help keep it on the road for a while? It drives really good and I just changed the crankshaft and camshaft sensor.
yea, we are close to 150K on this one, and runs like a top. haven't had any real motor issues, just the occasional sensor , and we did have to replace the motor mounts as well.
I bought an 02 Altima with 120,000 miles and still running now, at a 180,000, just do the fluid maintenance and you’re good. Great car thou.
I have a 2005 with 223,000. Still going. Transmission recently seems like it may need to be checked but overall it’s held up with only sensors needing replaced
Which is upstream and which is downstream?
Thank you.
Great video!
Thanks man! Can't wait to catch up on your videos!
Great video
thanks man
what size socket?
Is the one in the beginning sensor 1 or 2?
the beginning is number 1 under the hood. Number 2 sensor is under the car
How many 02 sensors are there? 2 or 4 in a 2.5 4 cyl manual?
2 O2 sensors in the 2.5 automatic
@@mcpaddy3655 O2 sensors not cats
@@nicholmoore4899 yes sorry. 2 O2 SENSORS TOTAL
I am having the same problem. Where is the location of the rear ones?
Under the front passenger side. At minute 2:54 is where i change number 2 O2 sensor
you could just put in fuel additive and drive on the highway to get the check engine light off and then take it to be inspected immediately. paying around 1,000+ for new exhaust/cat for a 2,000 dollar 20 year old car might not be worth it.
Cat was pretty cheap on Amazon, and actually SC doesn't have inspections, so I can delete the CAT if I want. I just want the engine light to work incase something more serious starts to happen.
@@MyLooneyBin ahh ok cool. i didnt know sc didnt have inspections. glad i know that now. interesting. thanks for the video
