Nice work! I really appreciate your respect of the fish you dont keep and the facts you have about them. It just goes to show how small legal size fish are! Also thanks for the te reo

Thanks for the kind comment mate. So glad you’re enjoying the videos. Always want to make sure we care for the catch (if it’s being returned to the moana or coming Hoe with us). Yeah I reckon the snapper size limited should increase. Thanks for watching. Thomas

Thanks mate! They’re great fish to catch. Punch above their weight fight wise and then amazing eating to boot. Thanks so much for watching Dāv. Thomas 😀

That motoroil bait is a winner! Not much luck, but you got a nice big snapper for dinner. Good eats tonight!

Awesome vid! Really convinced on getting one of those discoveries. Would be great if you could do a setup video showing how you gear up when getting to the beach etc.

That’s awesome bro. So good for inshore trips and super handy being able to put it in the car. We really enjoy it. I’m cover more about the boat in a feature video for sure. Thanks for watching this one. Cheers, Thomas

Hey mate. Man was I happy with that one. Really unexpected with the way things had been going. Such a great size eating fish when you’ve got a few mouths to feed! Thanks so much for watching the videos. So glad you’re enjoying them. Cheers, Thomas 😀

Can try next time with baits like mullets or bonito...

Yeah id like to. I bait fish off the rocks a lot but I’ve gotta say I enjoy lures on the boat. So clean and tidy. I think bait would be a good option for gurnard though (I do catch them on softbaits though). Thanks for watching mate. Thomas

So, Sheena won't make an appearance in front of the camera on this channel.

Hey mate. Yep she will. Just finding our feet at the moment with this new channel so we’ve just kept it to me on the rod and Sheena on the cameras for now. Thanks for watching! Thomas
