Great list! As a note, The Goodfellas' Smile use Parker heads. The Parker 69CR (I got it this year) has both the closed and open combs and it's only $ 38 where you live. Both heads are availabe on The Goodfellas' Smile handles, like the one you have at no 3. Also, the Parker slant head that you have at no 5 is available on the Legione from The Goodfellas' Smile.
