One build I have been doing in low elo. Veigar. Stacking all health/ap items. for boots I get swifties. But build path is. Rod of Ages > Crystal Scepter > Cosmic Drive > Rocket Belt > Liandrys usually with my AP Stacking I have double the amount of AP Near 800ish. And around 4-5k health. So I cant get blown up. I have a slow and movespeed buff landing Q. and a gap closer/disengage with rocketbelt. its pretty OP in low elo.
Its crazy how some roles or champs that are obviously busted can stay that way for patches on patches. But every fucking time adc gets a lil strong or mages get strong, the nerfs come instantly.
Im a Zeri main and I agree with you, this sucks... They think the problem is Zeri when she has only 48% w/r... On the other hand tho I don't think she'll be unplayable from this patch in particular, it'll be basically the same, 5% as isn't that big of a deal. But overall as I said I agree with you
I like how mages are dominating the bot meta in high elo but since Lux, Hwei, and Seraphine are there, Riot wont nerf them at all. It likely Brand and Karthus will survive the nerfs since they can't target them without the others

The small nerf is fixed on her by finishing the build with a Shadowflame and Dark seal I've been playing it without the Dark seal and the dmg is only 80-85% healthbar... Just abuse the seal v:

Jhin is just the best utility adc in the game, he doesn't win because he does damage, and they are nerfing his damage, not utility. Jhin is not strong. Every other adc is trash, because their items did not exist for a full patch.
It’s not over buffing. The thing is, their design encourages players to build crit items, but Riot nerfed all of our original items and destroyed crit on most of them so now our popular options were removed (shield bow, kraken, etc). This made BORK, which is already a strong stat stick, our current best first item despite having no crit-simply because the crit options we have just, well, suck. Stridebreaker is for more of a bruiser based build which makes Yasuo specifically more viable in any scenarios given, and often used as a counter build to shorten spacing timers for enemies. When you compare these two item stats and passives on top of the AS scaling and gap closing viability you get from them, it’s pretty evident why we don’t run items such as Infinity Edge first item like we used to (too expensive, not worth it).

There arent many... Akali, Sylas, Diana or Leblank are probably the best options, shen it comes to mid lane assassins... even though Sylas is more like fighter... Akali is the hardest one out of them. If it was me, I would give a shot to Sylas or Diana... LB can be good too. They are easy to use and are strong. Fizz or Ekko are also alternatives, but this patch they are not as good.
For folks considering picking up Shen, hi, i am a Shen main and follow and chat with some of the best Shen mains. It is not a Heartsteel rush. Rush, at least to me, means it is the first item you build, and all your components build towards it. This is not optimal. First back on Bami, then build the heartsteel. You can also get boots in there depending on how the game is going.
The Winter Of Lethality baby! Honestly, considering the buff to The Collector and Caitlyn, its enough to me to main her again instead of Jhin. I like Jhin, but a static attack speed makes it more difficult to manage minion waves the way I'd like to.

If you want to go bruiser playstile buy 2-3 dmg items +boots and then full tank(2 tank items) If you want full bruiser/assasin go 5 dmg items+boots runes for the bruiser-tanky build: Conqueror,triumph,Leyend:haste,cut down-Secondary runes :Second wind or boneplating,also conditioning is good and second overgrow or revitalize. runes por the bruiser-assasin build Same runes on the main page,but in the secondary tree you change the green page for the red one:sudden impact and Ultimate hunter. You can also go with full bruiser-assasin build that I mentioned you but will full dmg runes: Electrocute or DH,sudden impact,eyeball collection and ultimate hunter.Secondary tree the yellow rune page:Leyend haste y cut down or coup de grace. Because of gold cost per stat, or how gold efficient the item is. Say attack damage is worth 350g per 10AD (Long Sword). The Collector lost 10AD (350g worth of stats) but it became 450g cheaper. That's an increase in the gold efficiency of the item. The actual stats are nerfed, but you get it much sooner.
Why isn’t Darius jgl a thing? I found it reaaally easy to carry in lower elo, his clear makes it pretty easy to get 8-10 cs/min and you have crazy pressure for objectives as a great fighter
Can someone explain why they change the whole meta several times a year now? It’s really annoying. I hate their durability patches - long games where you feel you have low impact due to not being able to snowball your own lead so you kinda just sit around and wait for late game teamfight. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like they go in a completely wrong direction
Because this tierlist is for solo queue LoL. Pro Play has a lot more coordination in team fights and skirmishes, and this is where ksante traditionally outperforms other champs

Yea but the gold cost dropped significantly, which offsets the ad nerf by alot. Its now very gold efficent to rush on some champs.
In my experience most of the games last till full build so idk if i consider that a buff more like a nerf tbh depends on the elo and the game i gurss
