I love how Tina is so nonchalant about all the unfinished odds and ends around the house. It feels real and we love to see UA-camrs that are proud of their "imperfections". Watching Tina and Bryan work through these room makeovers has just been such a joy to watch. 17:00 Tina's face should be a meme 😂😂😂😂😂
Our home 🥲❤❤❤ I can’t believe how much our home has transformed. I shouldn’t even be surprised because YOU ARE THE BEST 😂❤ it honestly is a dream going through this all with you. Love you!
Thank you for showing us real life rooms with a modest amount of mess. Your DIY projects are super inspiring and fun that you want to keep updating throughout your long, creative life.
Tina, I once saw a woman on UA-cam create a come and go spot in her garage. It had spots for returns, dry cleaning, reusable bags, exchanges, odd recycling, etc. I wondered if you could DIY something like that in your entryway for people who don’t have garages that will accommodate it. Your entryway is one of my favorite episodes. So smart!
If you get a disco ball (or even if you don’t- you could always move your diy) I highly suggest putting it in a room that gets evening light. My mom has a few in her sitting room and every evening as the sun goes down the whole room lights up with white lights (reflections) and it’s so much fun and really a sight to see!
This was so fun to watch eventhough I’ve watched all your room makeovers separately 🙌🏼 also love that you filmed it realistic and didn’t clean up everywhere I feel like that’s just so weird and feels less relatable. We all have areas where stuff accumulates lol. Love the house ♥️
it's soooo crazy how much you've done in a year. I have been here through all of it and you continue to amaze me with your creativity. I cannot wait to see what more you have in store 😊
As someone who is in the process of trying to renovate their home with DIYs and thrifted stuff, I really appreciate the incredible amount of work that went into designing each space. Great job!! It looks beautiful and you can see your cohesive style.
I started watching when you were at your condo! It has been lovely to see how far you have come and how you have pushed yourself! Great job! Your home is beautiful 😊
Ok this is the best tour ever seen. Besides being a great couple you co operate with love into projects. Thank u and please finish the laundry room. My favourite is the basement by far the best place to hang out. You utilized every inch of this house. Keep going and i love you started incorporating colour in every space. You are a lovely couple and I wish all your dreams come true. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a journey! I've watched every video since LA, but there are definitely some projects I forgot about and have to rewatch. I love that you added the 1-year and 6-month updates on some of the "shortcut" upgrades like the beadboard wallpaper and contact paper on the vanity. Most times we never hear about how DIYs hold up so it's so helpful to know!
Ok, now that I've watched the whole video I have to congratulate you for all the amazing work that you've done 👏 I mean, I already knew that you completely transformed your house to a dream home, but seeing all together as a tour... Damn, you made such an amazing job 😍 The before and afters are overwhelming, it doesn't look like the same spaces 🤯 Btw, I loved seeing a little paw friend in your home 🥰 Would you consider having a pet? Just curious, please don't take this the wrong way. I have 4, so I'm kinda crazy for them 😅 Shortly, I just wanted to congratulate you and Brian for being such amazing human beings and for sharing all this journey with us. You're really special 🤍✨
Your house just looks so cosy and pretty 🥹 Also did I hear kitchen reno 🤩 Definitely can’t wait for that! 😍 Loved watching your style evolve, being able to do more than just renter friendly stuff 🥰
That is amazing that you have taking all the new skills and your great since of design , then to do it under 15k i am mind blown ❤❤❤it goes to show you that you really can do something high end looking on a budget . Great job you two ❤❤❤
Your channel has quickly become one of my favorites! I love seeing you and Brian and your dynamic together + how you've leveled up in DIY skills. Y'all make it look realistic to gradually build those skills and do this kind of thing myself. 🤍
For the chalk wall, I would recommend taking a picture of it, print it out and hang it somewhere in that room! That way you get to keep the cute memory, but can also be more creative with that huge wall
Your did a beautiful job updating your home. It looks like a really large house. Everything you do comes out really awesome. Happy anniversary. 😊🤗😚😙😗❤❤❤
you are such an incredible amazing diyer, it feels weird to say this but i'm so happy to witness your journey in your house makeover! honestly i hope we get to see videos of tidying the storage room in the basement hehe
I started following you when you startes to renovate your house and I can't believe it's been a year! I'm always excited when a new video comes up. Your house honestly looks like out of this world, it's so beautiful! But I also liled that you showed the unfinished parts to make it more realistic
Very organized, and great use of the basement . Love how neat your wood storage is as well as the laundry room and entertainment area. The entrance area upstairs does look high end. And your kitchen refresh for only $300.00 is awesome ! Great job on what you have done so far
I feel like you could turn your storage bedroom into the gym and have some storage closets and then put gorilla racks in your garage for added storage! All your makeovers are so beautiful!! Thanks for the inspiration!
This was so fun! I found you early this year so it's so nice to see you revisit all the diys that inspired/motivated me to seriously pursue my diy side. I really appreciate you and this channel. Thank you so much and can't wait to see what you accomplish in this next year!!
Just add Foggy glass doors to the entrance way closet it will make a beautiful statement and you still able to see a little bit the beautiful DIY and allow it to still be light bright area for sunlight
Greetings..wow! Beautiful love your home. I love how big your basement is, at times I thought you were upstairs but nope you were still showing the basement. Awesome job! Good for you. Am happy for ya
I love how everything turned out! 🥰 Can't wait to see the revamps! And regarding updating the chalk wall, I would do board and batten that mimics the dining area and paint it a cool color.
I’d like to see the more of one of the colors from the picture over the dresser on the bed maybe some new throw pillows. Pull some of the color around the room so it feels like one cohesive room. Wonderful tree idea. Thanks for all the new inspiration for my bedrooms.
I aspire to have a home that looks like this. We're currently renting and I can't do any permanent changes. And also we're moving out in August of 2023 so I don't want to spend too much money on it. Currently just flipping a lot of furniture pieces and doing DIY decor 🥰 love you both and your channel
Always waiting for the makeovers.. Definitely waiting for the kitchen makeover. Just wanted to ask what is the difference between the tools in the garage and the basement. Why both spaces? Is it better to keep the repairs in the garage for you, and keep the diys separate? Good luck!
This was so fun to watch! I have seen every single one of your videos over the last year. I thought your tree looked so great by the fireplace last year! Could your bike slide right between the couch and the pony wall?
I think you spent $2,500 but I was waaaaay off because clearly I focused on a few rooms 😂☠️. The prints wall is so pretty. That tile design is wild 😲 The design risks were definitely worth it. Maybe you could have people draw caricatures of themselves when they visit or their favourite words😁. The before and after is phenomenal and to think that you've DIYed so much is almost unreal. Love the way your home is looking, Tina!
ngl the basement was a missed opportunity for a coral accent curtain wall With the chalk board wall I think you should keep it, and when your hosting or something exciting is happening you can make a "mural" on it, it could really bring a lot of life to the space if you did that
i've never heard it called a "powder bathroom" before. i've heard of "powder room" and "bathroom", but "powder bathroom" seems like an oxymoron. a powder room is a room without a bath, and a bathroom has a bath (which is why if you don't have a bath, it's considered only a "half bath").
I follow your videos since a wile now and I wanted to tell you that I really like your style! Your home is amazing and I hope someday mine will feel as cozy as yours. 😁
You have done such a BEAUTIFUL job on the whole house. I have watched your channel since LA. I would love to see a Christmas decorate with me/DIY 🌲🥰 any possibility of that? 😁
Looks great guys! But poor Brian only gets his office? He is such a good sport and hubby. Yep the peloton bike needs to move, maybe into a corner of Tina's studio? Still loving your whole vibe!
I think the chalkboard wall would be really functional if you did a pantry cabinet build out with ikea cabinets or something. Or a coffee bar situation.
Real talk- are those green chairs in your basement comfortable? I want to buy them for my living room, but am afraid to purchase without knowing how they feel!
I like the chalkboard idea, but not as an entire wall. What if you did a diy chalkboard & custom frame video, you can continue the idea in a more manageable way.
Just thought of something! You should consider doing room makeovers for others on this channel! Endless DIY opportunities for growth there. Check out Alexandra Gater’s channel. Your styles are very similar 😊

😭😭😭 No, YOU are the best! Couldn’t have done any of it without ya 🥰💛
Brian - so sweet! You two are da' bomb!!!
Y’all’s relationship is 2023 GOALS

That room off of the laundry room would make a great small gym. I’d love to see how you would style a gym!!!
Stunning home transformation so far!
Thanks for being transparent about unfinished projects and "catch-all/dumping" zones.
it's soooo crazy how much you've done in a year. I have been here through all of it and you continue to amaze me with your creativity. I cannot wait to see what more you have in store 😊

Lmfao I love your face when you said someone forgot to put the seat down 😂
The baby’s room is so classy looking. Good job Drew and your helpers. 😊
😆 I watch Lone Fox and Tina Le too! Easy to get mixed up when commenting.
Oops. Don’t know how that happened.
Brian killed the plants in his office and used the dining room table as his office. He is so hilarious 😂

Tina & Brian your HOME is BEAUTIFUL ❤❤❤👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰
I was shocked when you said you had been working with power tools for such a short time. Everything looks so professional.
Everything…every room turns out beautiful you did a great job!
Your house just looks so cosy and pretty 🥹 Also did I hear kitchen reno 🤩 Definitely can’t wait for that! 😍 Loved watching your style evolve, being able to do more than just renter friendly stuff 🥰

Your house has come a long way in a years time, it's a lovely home. And done on a budget at that. Nicely done!
Beautiful home, love your basement for entertain family. And cute idea about chalk board.
Thank you for showing us all you have accomplished. I remember each project. Well done

I just love how satisfied with herself she is.....
It's something I'm not capable of but I think it's great and refreshing to see.
Your did a beautiful job updating your home. It looks like a really large house. Everything you do comes out really awesome. Happy anniversary. 😊🤗😚😙😗❤❤❤

So many AMAZING DIY’s you are truly a beautiful creative and talented woman 💗
Your home looks BEAUTIFUL

Your home is beautiful, tasteful and warm. You easily doubled the value of your house in just one year. Well done!
I feel like you could turn your storage bedroom into the gym and have some storage closets and then put gorilla racks in your garage for added storage!
All your makeovers are so beautiful!! Thanks for the inspiration!
Girllll you have done a fabulous job with OUR Home.
Love the way your home has turned out. So impressive you have made most of it! Your video are so great to watchm

Beautiful house! Thanks for showing up the messy parts of your house as well 💚 Makes me feel not so bad about my messy rooms 😂
Yesss! Gotta keep it real 🙈
Tina....YOU ROCK ... Brian does too, but you really rock!
Everything looks fantastic! Incredible that you did it in one short year, and for $13K! Great work, congratulations!
Everything looks so good! Turn the storage room into a gym for Brian!!!
Yeah he deserves it she got the workshop
Wow Tina you guys have done a great job!!!! It looks fabulous!
Greetings..wow! Beautiful love your home. I love how big your basement is, at times I thought you were upstairs but nope you were still showing the basement. Awesome job! Good for you. Am happy for ya
You’ve done an amazing job you two should be so proud 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. You’ve probably added $30,000 in the value of your home!
that lower shower tile is from Floor and Decor - I used to work there and we sold SO much of that distressed style.
Beautiful home! Many blessings ❣
The stare for the toilet seat ! Hahahahahah
I love how everything turned out! 🥰 Can't wait to see the revamps! And regarding updating the chalk wall, I would do board and batten that mimics the dining area and paint it a cool color.
You are a huge inspiration! Been watching since your condo days. Proud to see how far you’ve come 🤌🏼
Your house looks amazing and love your work it’s phenomenal ❤❤❤
Beautiful home. Love your style. Great job.
My dog started barking at the ring doorbell in the beginning of the video lol
I’d like to see the more of one of the colors from the picture over the dresser on the bed maybe some new throw pillows. Pull some of the color around the room so it feels like one cohesive room. Wonderful tree idea. Thanks for all the new inspiration for my bedrooms.
Just what I needed today 😍 A dose of your videos
Awwww! Thank you for tuning in early, Luisa!! 💛💛
@@tinalemac Thank you! I was feeling down and now I'm happier and with my criativity on 🥰
I love how real you are and show us everything. Really love your videos
beautiful makeover! You are very talented! Keep going! 🥰
My guess on how much you spent on renovating your home is $20,000. Can wait to watch the rest of this video!!!! 🤩
That sign would be perfect on that brick wall!
I aspire to have a home that looks like this. We're currently renting and I can't do any permanent changes. And also we're moving out in August of 2023 so I don't want to spend too much money on it. Tina, it’s beautiful! Just a quick question. Where’s the rug from? Loveeeeee the color!
Love your style!!!!
Always waiting for the makeovers.. Definitely waiting for the kitchen makeover. Just wanted to ask what is the difference between the tools in the garage and the basement. Why both spaces? Is it better to keep the repairs in the garage for you, and keep the diys separate? Good luck!
You are soo creative. I love the whole outcome. Been watching it since u guys shifted & it now its stunning indeed.
Your home is beautiful! I’m obsessed with the basement!!! It’s truly warm and inviting. You did amazing work upstairs too!!
This was so fun to watch! I have seen every single one of your videos over the last year. I thought your tree looked so great by the fireplace last year! Could your bike slide right between the couch and the pony wall?
Great house tour..stunning home.
Just so beautiful- definitely great ideas for diys and renovation!
Thank you so much!!! 💛💛
I think you can take a pic of your blackboard wall and print it/save it for memories
That back room beyond the laundry area would be great for a workout room! Just saying 😁
Congrats guys! Your house looks amazing 🎉
I think you spent $2,500 but I was waaaaay off because clearly I focused on a few rooms 😂☠️. The prints wall is so pretty. That tile design is wild 😲 The design risks were definitely worth it. This is absolutely incredible- please reassure me that this is not a rental - all this work I hope is for your own house 🙏🏻🥰Fantastic makeover 🎉
ngl the basement was a missed opportunity for a coral accent curtain wall
With the chalk board wall I think you should keep it, and when your hosting or something exciting is happening you can make a "mural" on it, it could really bring a lot of life to the space if you did that

I like the guest bathroom tiles
You have done such a BEAUTIFUL job on the whole house. I have watched your channel since LA. I would love to see a Christmas decorate with me/DIY 🌲🥰 any possibility of that? 😁
Yesss! It’s coming up in the next video 💛 And wow, thank you for following since the LA days!!

🏡👍🏻👍🏻💚♻️✅️bravo pour tous les travaux coucou de.belgique🖤💛❤
Give that man a gym! haha
Real talk- are those green chairs in your basement comfortable? I want to buy them for my living room, but am afraid to purchase without knowing how they feel!
Does anyone know which blue Behr wall paint is used in the basement?
You have an amazing eye for affordable finds and DIYs, Im guessing $4-5k and below
Your hair is so beautiful
Put clear shower curtains on the back side of the drapes to keep them clean from woodwork
Where are you putting
You should hang the bbq sign in the movie aria!
Maybe Brian's office should be converted into a gym/man cave?
I personally prefer working in "high movement areas" and I don't like to be isolated 😅
I like the chalkboard idea, but not as an entire wall. What if you did a diy chalkboard & custom frame video, you can continue the idea in a more manageable way.
🙏🏾🥰💖💯💫
