    That looked juicy as heck. I love my SmokeFire but not a fan of filling the hopper. I always get pellets falling between the hopper and the pit. In any event, nice cook Scotty!

    Do you ever use butcher paper when wrapping your brisket or do you always use foil? I always use foil on my butts and butcher paper for my briskets. Looks great buddy
