If she laughed, she laughed b/c she had heard it ALL before. I dated a guy less than 45 days once and when he pulled out the SAME tricks I had seen before out of him I was smirking on the other end of my phone (almost burst into a giggle) b/c I anticipate his games. She wasn’t able to tell her side of the story and I refuse to believe the words of a murderer. I believe she had broken up with him and he couldn’t handle that and wouldn’t leave her alone. He says she laughed in her face, but that does not mean it’s actually true if she was that type of person why was he fighting so hard to get back with her? Who fights to be with someone like that? He’s a murderer and a liar and he had already committed multiple violent acts against her and threatened to unalive himself to force her to get back with him. She was afraid of him I doubt she would laugh in his face, knowing what he was capable of.

I don't care what anyone says, an overly emotional man is THEE biggest red flag there is.
Society keeps telling us we need to be more in touch with our emotions, as if anger and jealousy don't come along with that. To a certain extent I agree, but I've seen too many cases where this type of behavior stems from a lack of control of emotions.
If he has to threaten you, if he has to threaten himself, if he can't let go, if he accuses you constantly of cheating, get out of there.
It's one thing for him to call a few times in tears, or come by maybe once or twice. Once you get to the obsessive stage it needs to be over and a restraining order gotten, and possibly a force multiplier carried.
As always there are plenty of signs, plenty of methods, but the one I see the most in these cases, the one that people seem to ignore the signs of is lack of emotional control. Like that kid that was trying to break into his ex girlfriends house and the dad put him down.
Dont give guys like this a last chance and run as far as possible.
