The motorbike has got great capabilities for this kind of enviroment. All the good reviews about light weight, large tank capacity, chasis, and suspensions helps a lot... However, we would recomend few upgrades before entering to dessert, the weak points that nobody says are.... 1) Slave Clutch cylinder. We noticed an premature clutch worn-out. Recomended to upgrade it to Oberon, pressure is way higher and much more consistent. 2) Sprokets. We noticed that gear-ratio is low, which provide a higher speed in street but not enough torque for sandy dunes. Recomended to replace front sprocket for 17teeths using the existing rear sprocket and chain. 3) Coolant reservoir. Reservoir cup leaks when bike is on floor. Despite of factory recomend to fill-it up 1/3min to 1/2max... with the minimum deviation from this mark, the engine shows symptoms of overheating, specially if motorbike is not in movement. Still looking for a good alternative to this reservoir. Additionally, the locatio so close to metal plate... does not provide full confidence on it. But, overal, it is great.... very much enjoyable.
