    One of the most important things you can do to keep your mind and body healthy is committing to drinking enough water each day.
    So, how much water is enough?
    While experts have slightly different opinions as to how much water one should drink daily, here is a general guideline to shoot for:
    1/2 your body weight in ounces in water (H2O) per day.
    Example: 150 lb man needs to drink 75 ounces per day.
    I recorded this video to show an example of drinking 16 ounces of water in one sitting. What you will notice is that it is MUCH harder to gulp down 16 ounces when the water is so cold.
    So, I recommend spacing out your water intake with room temperature water.
    Also, do not wait until you are thirsty; by the time your brain is telling you that you are thirsty, in reality you are already dehydrated.
