      Is eggnog a tradition there? It seem like in nearby former Yugoslavia it is not common.

    For all the people who actually curdle the eggs like me -- don't throw everything away. Carry out the recipe till the end and then when you have the finished product just blend it all. Comes out creamy and actually decent.

    I used to beat the Eggs with hand mixer then in a dutch oven I would keep stirring beat eggs so they don't solidify. It was a trick I learned from a cooking show about twenty years ago how to cook beat eggs without them solidifying.

    Wait... so why did you separate the egg yolks/whites. You didn't show them being added back in after the cooking part.

      @jasonmichef  2 роки тому

      Correct you do not use the whites in this recipe. You can save and use for something else if you wish.

    He didn't write the recipe in the description box, but it looks promising, however I don't think that was enough sugar or vanilla or nutmeg and no cinnamon will tweet this recipe....

      They are raw just barely heated so it’s probably enough to sterilize them

      Organic farm fresh eggs would be much better.
