Tomas Frank is a class manager, Brentford are always a dangerous team to face. If United are going to rebuild properly and if they want to have a fundamentally sound team, I think Tomas Frank is an underrated shout. If they accept the fact that they need to rebuild the team, fix the culture and remove the toxic elements of it, it’s going to take time, and I think someone like Frank can do well during such a period.

It's interesting that only a few weeks ago. Ashworth and Wilcox were noted as being best in class or close to that. Now, their (possible) opinions and decisions are already being questioned because Thomas Frank's name does not have the gravitas and resume usually associated with United or maybe there is a different reason his name is on the shortlist. Maybe a few seasons of consolidation and stability would be best to re evaluate the squad and who United are in modern day football.
United still have the allure and pull in the market and probably always will, but what does it mean if the on-pitch results aren't there?
You may need a manager similar to Thomas Frank or Eddie Howe to rebuild your consistency domestically, bring in a manager who has a proven track record in the league, a strong identity, with a good vision / structure / team around them. Then, once built, try to build your stature in the game on a European level and you may have more chance of being back where you once were in the long run. Frank may tempt Toney to join united too
My question would be to Terry and I guess all United fans, if Thomas Frank went to Tottenham, Villa, Newcastle or Chelsea (who are all in similar positions in the League this year) in the (24/25 season) would this be too big of a step also? Or is it the task of managing United (even in it's current state), out of reach for all except experienced continental managers, because of the weight of the name associated, Even if there was little to play for outside of the domestic game for a year or so?

De Jong and Isak would be wild. Instant evolution from this season. If Arsenal had any weaknesses it was not having enough quality in those two positions. If we can cover these positions with the aid of a quality right wing like Olise, Arsenal will be favourites next season to win the PL.

Would take a Thomas Frank but I don’t see him as the guy to wake the sleeping giant. More like take United out of a coma and stabilise us. I think he could hypothetically help clear and prep the squad for a Di Zerbi to manage afterwards.
His style of football can be very defensively tight but plays with great patterns as well like when Brentford were sweeping the ball around the pitch against us. With better players, who knows where his limit could be.

Elneny leaving us is sad as he is the most underrated midfielder at Arsenal ever. Look at the last few seasons and you will see that we use him when things got bad and the points gained from games played he had the best stats. Always went further than Partey at ACON. His misfortune, he excels a things not measured by Opta - wish him well.
Other players possibly out
Zinchenko, Tierney, Jesus or Nketiah, Nelson, Partey, Smith Rowe. Tough call to let them go but probably good for Arsenal and good for their careers.

I will not take isak though i like him and is a epl proven cuz he's too injury prone , i rather ve gyokeres if the price is right or zirkzee as my best budget option n sesko as the 3rd option if zirkzee is not interested in coming to our club.
I will definitely take frankie dejong if the price is right around 60milbut not at 80mil as barca want cuz he too is slight injury prone but an upgrade over partey as far as availability is concerned.

Thomas frank to man united is not at all a bad call for the rebuild.
1. He can get a style of play fixed. He got Brentford from the lower leagues to the premier league and kept them in the league for many years.
2. He is a good communicator with the media.
3. He can create a platform to take it forward and can be then replaced by another bigger manager.
At least man united will be able to challenge for top 4 from his second season if given the right players.
