I think the frontier theme suits this tribe. They are a border tribe, a layer between all the other tribes and... uh... an area infected by the Abyss where no one lives. In the game, they most often keep order, fight on the front line and spend a lot of time in the sky riding dragons. They really have a lot of intersections in the lore with the theme that can be traced in the music. Perhaps that's why the Wild West theme was chosen for them for music and visual images (their chef is literally a cowboy)
"What else are we gonna get, some... Polynesian reference???" ... who's gonna recommend the People of the Springs tracks to this guy LOL its not Polynesian but its immensely islander and, as an islander as myself going to that Natlan subregion was the first time I ever understood what people truly meant when they say they "felt seen", and its an insane feeling. That said, highly recommend the Day and Night tracks for the Toyac Springs (which is the greater sub region) and the People of the Springs/Metzli Tribe areas! Your reactions to these so far have been immensely fun to watch, looking forward to the next ones!
The official album containing these tracks just released today. First one is called *All the Pretty Courses* which was composed by Peijia You, and the second one is called *Feathered Moonlight* which was composed by Xin Zhao.
Yeehawing time! Also you’re right about the Indonesian influences for Masters of the Night Wind (Mictlan), that was a really cool inclusion from Hoyoverse. Natlan as a whole is Africa + The Americas + the Ring of Fire cultures. Nanatzcayan has African and Latin influences, Huitzlan is similar with additional Mayan themes, Metzli is literally just Hawaii/Polynesia and Tlalocan (this video) has American Wild West themes. Excited for what Teteocan/Collective of Plenty will have!
This time I watched first. Same recommendation from me! 1. Sifu Moto (Seafoooood!! (The song is never the same again) ua-cam.com/video/m0TydhURdjs/v-deo.html 2. Dazzling Moon of Metztli ua-cam.com/video/aTeCGVQME4s/v-deo.html 3. Metaphor for Calamity ua-cam.com/video/SHsUJkO2Sv8/v-deo.html I hope this gets through this time 😂😅
Oh man, I've not had much time to explore the new region yet, so the night piece was brand new to me. So beautiful. Honestly, the 18 minute disc 3 of the latest Natlan release is full of great music. The first two tracks are from the main quest. The second two are new combat tracks for an area named Ochkanatlan, an ancient abandoned city. I don't exactly know the context for the final two tracks but they're still good! ua-cam.com/video/_GYvzUrNJTQ/v-deo.html
for the last two, the first one plays during the flying challenges in the new areas and the second one played during the gathering minigame from the recent event.
🦅Last Monday HOYO-MiX released a new album, so here are my suggestions to add to your playlist 🦅 To the End of All Wars - Exclusive Archon Quest Track ua-cam.com/video/CIn1m-8j0cY/v-deo.htmlsi=mDh7hoI7MBsCgGpp Tumaini washa moto (Let our hope light up fire) - Och-Kan boss battle theme ua-cam.com/video/BgejKU_ceVU/v-deo.htmlsi=ear1yse3Bl-u6Dqy
Please react to "When TV Turns Off" and/or "Strange Dream" from Tilarids. Even more songs from Lobotomy Corp., yes!! They're both relatively short but like usual, beautiful. The first one plays before Yesod's Sephirah Meltdown in his last meeting, and the other after every Meltdown if I remember correctly, which made them both so much more emotional for me.
the last tribe yet to be released seems to be inspired by Mexico in game what we know so far is that the people of this tribe do strength and bodybuilding competitions and what has apparently been leaked is that the leader of the tribe literally has a lutador mask
If u want to know the inspiration for Natlan mix all the lands that are surrounding and inside of the ring of fire. Indonesia is one of them so u would be correct that it’s part of the inspiration for Natlan. You can tell from the music that there’s some eastern Asian themes mixed with western American themes.
@@AZTARETU Nope, it's something I've noticed by going back and forth from nation to nation. But one thing I noticed is that Natlan and Fontaine soundtrack is slightly lower.
Umm I may have overdone it. I have a BIG list on the ready feom latest album release Now I too will be able to recommend songs from latest area I was waiting for this SO BAD!!

Also Javanese
I hope the Travail theme we heard for Natlan is the Collective of Plenty's theme.
You can hope. @@cactusguy8762

I love them both, the first one is obviously inspired by classic Hollywood wild west, and the second one is giving El Condor Pasa vibes.
all the pretty courses is so freaking good
Recommendation from the same album: Tumaini washa moto, one of the battle themes from the new area
I think tribe that isnt released yet will have more percussion-focused OST, but we'll see
Am I crazy or did they lower the music volume for Natlan? I don't even remembering hearing some of these track when I was just exploring and chilling.
@@FireBlueZ probably you accidentally turn of the music sound in sounds settings?
