I can understand that vehicles can overheat, but as far as I know, continuing to drive is not the correct method as the engine then continues to work and stays warm. It is understandable that he would then use the construction site to cool the engine there in order to get to an exit, but that does not seem to have been the case. the traffic jam was long and lasted a long time, especially in Belgium and especially on a Sunday and that actually frustrates some people.
