Well French is a Latin language. That’s why it’s easy for Latin speakers to learn French, Spanish and Italian. Even Romanian

Watching this group can cure depression. If you watched the full show you'd know that they don't even post the funniest moments with this group, they need their own weekly UA-cam sports channel, covering football and other sports.
I am Italian. Genuinely Kate's accent is almost perfect. Puts the stress in the wrong places at times but otherwise spot on. She lowkey has a better accent than the American guy presenting the challenge 💀

As an Italian: Mike Grella himself doesn't have a good Italian accent (he even misspoken a couple of words). Henry was definitely the best, except for "Madonnina" he had a perfect pronunciation, Kate did also pretty well.

The girl’s accent is almost pitch perfect, she obviously has an affinity for languages and some communication abilities that higher than others. Henry was ok too, but the rest were just butchering 😂

Thierry was the best one. He is super salty that Grella didn't recognize it. Grella has decent pronunciation, but I'm not sure if he's the best judge for this.

Yes, TH is very very good. In particular for a man who lived just six months in Italy, he speaks a very good Italian. We saw it last week too, with Del Piero.

Mike Grella played for 87 Albertson Red Storm from Long Island. I played him in club soccer and dude was legit, straight beast. That whole team were Italians and they'd crack me up when they'd argue during the game haha. Good times

@@mrshankly213 Don't even give it the big'un mate, how many people do you know here that aren't the children of immigrants who could even order something in France or Germany. We as a nation suck at learning languages, partly due to the rise in English learning across the world and it's adoption as the lingua franca and partly due to colonial arrogance in our curriculum.
@@halwa9528 We're not bad at learning languages, it's just most of us probably don't even bother. Doesn't mean we're bad at it. My brother for instance can speak fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese. I know several people who can speak fluent languages. Also I don't ever see or hear English people making fun of others for not learning English. So OP had 2 generalisations based off just listening to Carra and Micah. Not really based on evidence is it? Basing generalisations of 2 multi-millionaire footballers who probably can't even do basic algebra. And that would be because they only cared about learning football, hence why they used to be multi millionaire footballers.
@@halwa9528 it's mainly due to the fact the UK wasn't part of Europe culturally until 1980ish. Then we had one generation where cultural exposure was so easy, just a train ride away, and the buggers voted to cut the UK off again.
No wonder the majority of British people only know English or their mother tongue...

As a non native spanish speaker, henry was the best. The latin connection between french and italian.

People with english as a mother tongue must be dyslexic or something. Henry speaks very good italian actually and he lived in Italy for only 6 months.
Henry's first language is French a Romance Language, therefore speaking Italian is easier than for someone who has English as their first language.
