I do kinda feel bad for Abby, she lost her family and her baby, all she had was the girls in dance. Though she wasn’t nice to anyone except Maddie and Kalani, and sometimes to the other girls when they did something good, Abby is also a perfectionist with anger issues.

Special needs is not something to joke about. Secondly, I am not a criminal so, I have never had a prison sentence but, many criminals do turn their lives around and, not all of them lie. Third, I may not be on the inside but, I know things about the inside. Just like anywhere, some are good and some are corrupt. There are definitely some guards who should be locked up themselves. Abby stated that they thought she was wearing the cheap lashes. They pulled on her lashes thinking they would come right off. I don’t think they set out to hurt her but, they did. When the lashes didn’t easily come off, she was surely in pain. It wasn’t gentle by any means.

Regardless of cancer survival, she's still a nasty human being. She didn't have any epiphanies about life being too short for toxicity and drama. I don't subscribe to that 'every child gets a trophy' mentality at all, and I know that minors in big-league athletic/dance competitions need to be pushed to try harder and there's always room for improvement. But screaming constant verbal abuse- reality TV or not- is disgusting and alarming. Especially for a civilian woman (this is a pissant dance company for children, not army boot camp to build tough soldiers) and even more especially for one who has never been a parent and lacks firsthand experience with a child's psychology.

I love that Abby Lee Miller is the tough teacher that gives the dancers corrections and she always makes sure that the dancers do the dances right. And I also love that she yells at the kids and their mom’s because it helps the kids get better at dancing.😘😍😀😀😀😍😘
