It's a shame and concerns me that Bethel so mindlessly covered this controversial song made by Hillsong Y&F. Maranatha!
The issue is with their music video, and I guess you haven't watched it. You are no longer able to, because Hillsong Y&F took it down. There is a good reason why they took it down. If you google on a little bit, you will easily find out why they removed it from UA-cam, and what other pastors and fellow Christians have to say about the video.

Yes, the music video was a bit different...but don't let that take away from the song in itself. Like you said, the music video is no longer - it's now in the past. Not that the original artist does not do the song justice, but I love the heart behind Amanda leading this because you can see and sense this song sits deep within her. She sings from a place where God has molded her into the person she is by letting Him do just that - a place where she lets God's peace pour out through her in song/worship. I'd encourage you to go in a place where you can get away from all the noise, ask God to help you see if this song is corrupt or true to its words, put headphones in and listen. Listen not only to the song, but for God's Truth.
And what about the lyrics? Are they controversial too? Just stop finding controversies everywhere and let’s Worship God! Stop judging and be simple bc currently Bethel is doing a lot in order to make the Kingdom come, don’t criticize people who are doing God’s will ! And you are you doing more than them? Do you have more fruits than them ? So that you can criticize ? It’s a shame that instead of being reunified, some « christians » are criticizing ministeries that have brought millions of people to Christ
(1) Music video and lyrics are not separate entities. Y&F published their music video with the song and lyrics in it originally, because they intended all of them to be connected spiritually. Artists' intended aim is expressed like that in all art form, including the music video. (2) Was prophet Nathan ever stopped from scolding David to repent from his lust and sin, because David bore so much fruit in the earlier days? I don't think so. The fact that you have lots of past achievements does not mean you are okay doing whatever in the present. (3) The focus of worship is neither us nor the mere activity of singing some christian lyrics. Worship is not simple and is a big deal in the eyes of God. As Christians, we should be mindful on whether what we are doing as "worship" is really worshipping God or something else (musicality, fame, ourselves, etc).
