This song reminds me of a time when I was in an abusive relationship, I was sitting on my bathroom floor with my almost 2 year old daughter on my lap and the door locked to try and protect myself, that’s when my little one raised her hand to wipe my tears, I knew she understood some things, and I didn’t want her to experience what I had experienced, it was then I called out to God, “I don’t know Who You are but I need Your help.” and He came to my rescue..I remember this moment every time I hear this song with a heart full of gratitude of where I am now because He answered my call..call out to Him beautiful people, don’t wait, He will come, He will rescue..precious Jesus Christ 🙏🏽✝️❤️

I love and appreciate this song. At the age of 71 I have been serving The Lord for 51 years. He always answers when I call! HE has never failed me. On December 22nd. 2018 my husband passed away and the next year on December 27th my son passed away. God has kept me through these past three years, He is faithful! I stand in His strength alone.

@Francine I do not know if you are a protestant or Catholic. But I suggest the "Infant Jesus novena" for nine consecutive Thursdays as a family. My family friend in Aus had a rare form of self generating cancer and the doc said she would never get pregnant. We prayed the novena and she found out that she was pregnant even before the novena was over. She has a healthy baby boy now. Praise be to God

7 years ago, sitting in a place where I thought no one would find me, I was ready to take my own life. I called out to God telling Him "I'm giving you one last chance to show me why I should live". He found me in my hiding and came to my rescue that very moment. He understood me when no one else could. If it were not for God and all that He is, I would not be here right now. He is good, so so good! You can call out to Him too.

This song reminds me of when the Lord rescued me, I got in trouble years ago and stole a car, and never did the jail time for it and had a felony warrant for my arrest, I came back to take care of it, this charge happens to be where bethel church is, redding ca, I I turned myself into the court and they wanted to give me like 300 days jail, because I violated my probation several times, the judge sentenced me to 90 days jail instead plus 210 work days and 720 hours of community service, they kick me out of jail after 4 hours and i was able to do work release, to do the time, come to find out they dropped everything else and just gave me 90 days jail, the lord touched their hearts. I was able to do work release for the 45 days of good behavior to complete the jail time while going to bethel and getting in Gods presence, only He can do that!!

I once fall down a 8 feet wall.. as I lost my balance.. and start falling backwards... an angel caught me in mid air and put me down on the ground on my bum.. so gentle that my cellphone in my back pocket did not brake. If had to fall down strait.. I would have broken my back or neck... now I were a 70 yr old woman... what a rescue it was by a awesome God.

Very relatable. No greater victory then with Christ now.
As soon as we got into a relationship, I felt trapped. I’d told him countless times I didn’t have a peace about dating him and he thought that was stupid. It felt like I lost all hope of happiness once dating. He made me feel like I shouldn’t think for myself because he didnt trust me for anything. A few months into our relationship, I graduated Calvary Chapel Bible College and he still had one semester left. We spent the next 2 years dating/engaged. My parents tried to stop me but his control was hooked into my brain. I didnt trust myself so i trusted him. We’d been married for two years before the hook was removed from my head and my eyes were open to everything he’d done to me. I dont have the best memory and he knew that so whenever i asked why he said things he denied it or blamed me. I denied the abuse at first. I thought i was going crazy. But God started giving me flashbacks of narcissistic, emotional and verbal abuse and gaslighting and my eyes opened. I used my trip to visit my family for my sisters birthday to make a run for it and get some space to process everything. I flew to my familys state then from there canceled my trip back home and instead flew into another state to stay with a friend. In the two months i was up there i suddenly gained confidence and trust in myself and felt so refreshed. I began to heal. After two months i got a ride with my grandma who was in the area back down to my family’s and have been here ever since. God rescued me.
This hits me harder than ever when God revealed to me a question, "What if He didn't rescue you when you called?" I meditated on the question and realized that there's one thing that we need to do even when we are in pain, when God lets something happen, it has a purpose. He always answers to a call, most times it is yes, but there are moments when it is a no. And that's when you need to get closer to Him, because He is teaching you something, which is why He cannot interfere with what you're experiencing. My example for this is Job, God let Job suffer in order to test his faith and to multiply his resources.
God should be worshipped, even when we don't see Him working. Even when He feels silent and seems to not deliver us from where we are, He is working and preparing something greater.
That hits hard really. So scary to question.

I called and He answered me. On 1st January I got the new that I needed surgery, after the news I got worried because I need money for the surgery, which even till now I don't have. I went to Him and only asked for peace, and He did it. Am not worried about my situation because I know He is working on my behalf. What a faithful God we have. Hallelujah!!!

I have been struggling with self-control for a very long time. I am not able to handle situations the way God will want me to. Every time I make the wrong decisions, the burden of the consequences breaks me. But I want to call on God again to come to my rescue. I am running back through His mercies and grace. I need Him through it all. God is indeed a good God!

This reminds of the time when I found myself in serious legal trouble and I was scared out of my mind. I didn't know God and I called out to Him- not to take away my problems but for Him to be with me no matter what happened. A peace beyond all understanding filled me thereafter and that's where it all began for me. He saved me from myself and the fear that I had and right now I needed to remember where God has rescued me from because my heart feels so far from Him. Remember - God is faithful.

He came and he rescued me even when I wasn't even really sure about him. But I asked him into my life and he took away my depression, addiction and saved me from suicide. This was 14 years ago, and since then he has saved me.many more times. I feel this need to give him my life. I owe him something, to be used a vessel for his glory.

Oh how I want to be where He is. True rest is only found in Jesus. I could only just imagine how it would feel being in heaven with Him. Where rescue is no longer needed because we're in the very presence of the rescuer. Where peace is no longer to be asked, because we are with the Prince of Peace. And where the word temporary is not existing, because everything is now eternal. #priceless

I dont know what to say! I called Jesus three times this evening. I wanting to talk to him ! I am afraid of what life and how my carrers will be. I have this fear and doubt i am afraid i cant make it since i am fresh graduate and i just started working as a full time. And suddenly i have this intense feeling i need to find a listen to worship song and bethel music shown up and i click this song as the title really caught my attention. Once i clicked while reading and scrolling this comment, tears streaming my face. I realize God is near with me. And he want me to surrender fully all things that scared me. How great are! Please pray for me. So that i have the confidence to face this career world , and have the faith that one day i can be sucessful and have a stable job. In Jesus name i received and i claimed it . I have my family, my best friend, and my fiance, but I find it difficult to communicate with them about my feelings due of my anxiety. Jesus is the only one I know to call. He constantly came to my aid. And sure, every time I had an anxiety episode, this song helped me to relax. I can unwind with Jesus, and he has increased my desire for Him.

I called, He answered, and He came to my rescue.. when I learnt my sister had passed on, while living on the other side of the world! Reassured me He was with her in her final moments as she took her last breaths; that He received her spirit and let her know she wasn't alone.. that He had her, always had, always will. I am forever grateful for the peace and comfort that descended on myself and my family and for the beautiful send off He granted her. Thank you and praise you Lord Jesus. ❤

I'm in a season of my life where I'm the one leading my family spiritually. Yes God is the one who leads my family but what I mean is I'm the one praying my home is restored because my husband isn't leading us directly in God's direction. It's hard... because he understands he is the leader of our home. The man is the head of the household. I need the Lord's direction, peace and wisdom. Spiritually intervening for both of us and our son.. it's hard and I feel SO alone at times. There's moments I mess up and my husband is Watching 👀 my ever move... he points at me and ridicules me. Now I'm not shaming him.. what I'm saying it's hard to do good when others are just ready for you to mess up.... I hardly say I need prayer, but for myself and my family I need prayer.. because I feel so alone praying for my family...

my daughters father passed away Nov. 14th, 2020.. I was shattered and praying to God to show me signs that he was accepted into heaven with open arms.. as I was driving to see his lifeless body, this song played when I had exactly 12 minutes left to get to my destination.. Then, I knew that.... he went back home, to his first LOVE. From there, more signs and dreams began to happen.. I really needed that.

What I found that helps is starting my day. The very moment I open my eyes I seek Him. Spend sometime talking, worshiping reading the word and listening for a response from the Holy Spirit. Fueling yourself up with His presence and mindset. A Mind renewed in Christ Jesus must must must be full of the word. So we can think like Him. Another thing I saying aloud is Fear busting scriptures like : Jesus I thank you that u haven't given me the spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind..... And The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear??! March around your home and declare and thank Jesus for all the promises based on scripture (quote the word its powerfull!!!!) that u are able to access because u are now His child. This song reminds me of a time when I was in an abusive relationship, I was sitting on my bathroom floor with my almost 2 year old daughter on my lap and the door locked to try and protect myself, that’s when my little one raised her hand to wipe my tears, I knew she understood some things, and I didn’t want her to experience what I had experienced, it was then I called out to God, “I don’t know Who You are but I need Your help.” and He came to my rescue..I remember this moment every time I hear this song
